Fantastic location!! Excellent parking, covered so the car stay cool during the unexpected heat wave. Keep that in mind as there is no a/c. I’m sure it’s fine in normal Venice weather. We had a nice stay in the quiet, walkable neighborhood. Would book again. Thanks Ada!

Wonderful location, beautiful space and amazing hosts. You can’t ask for better place to stay. So close to Abbott Kinney and Venice Beach but away enough to still be peaceful. Beautiful little bungalow that I would highly recommend to anyone!

This bungalow is perfectly located for exploring Venice Beach and the greater LA area. It's right around the corner from Abbot Kinney, where you can peruse the stores, and it's a short walk to the beach (Muscle Beach, skate park, etc.). The bungalow is clean and cute with a cool, vintage vibe. There isn't any air conditioning, but the host provides adequate fans for the rare, warm days. The carport is a great bonus with parking in the area being at a premium. The owner is easy to communicate with. You can't go wrong the next time you find Socal calling.

Perfect for our long LA weekend. House was a 4-5 minute walk from the main Abbot Kinney stretch. The futon was made up into a bed for our third guest when we arrived, and the host kindly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely book again when I’m next in LA!

Great spot when in town visiting family

Marnie’s place was perfect for our short stay in Santa Monica. A charming bungalow on a quiet street within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Comfortable Stay

My friend and I had a great stay. You can't beat the location - everything you need is walking distance from the cottage. Abbot Kinney Blvd has the best shopping and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend if you're just looking for a basic place to stay.

Venice beach

Great little charming cottage and neighbourhood close to the canals and beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Nice and quiet as well, really enjoyed our stay.
