Convenient location, needs TLC
My family and I stayed here for a few days and had an enjoyable time.
PROS: Great host communication, conveniently located next to some wonderful hiking trails and restaurants, pretty nice views from the back deck, a fairly spacious kitchen/dining/living area that fit our group of 12 comfortably.
CONS: needs a deep cleaning, house could be updated, quite a few old/broken items – couch, dining chairs, shower doors to name just a few.

Thanks for reviewing. The house was professionally cleaned and designed for Sedona's legacy. It's also certificated for Covid. Obviously, you appraised the house much more than the improvement. So you shouldn't rate this per your average standard. As you said, you wanted $400 per night for everything, including fees and taxes. This is very tough for a high-scale house in Sedona. You should not book it during the holiday season for a big discount.
