Looking for a comfortable place to Getaway and enjoy the Beach? This is home is located in one the best spots in SouthJacksonville Beach.Completely Renovated1945 Beach Cottage with lots of charm and tons of comfort.This 4/3.5 Bath Property is only50 feet to beach access in South Jax Beach close toButler Blvd (SR202). Downstairs bedroom has a King Bed. The Primary Bedroom is Upstairs with a King Bed, full bathroom & wet bar. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 4th has a Queen and Twin Bed. Comfortably sleeps 8, but there is room for 9th person.
The home is designed witheverything you need to feel at home with a fully functional kitchen, linens, hairdryers, coffee pot, toaster, coffee pot, kettle , Keurig, pots and pans, etc. There are 5 total decks for enjoying the outdoors, outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after the beach, and high speed internet to enjoy all your favorite streaming services or be able to work from the beach.
Enjoying the Beach; Beach Chairs and Tent are available for guest at the house at no charge. In addition, Beach Life Rentals can offer delivery on Beach Chairs and Umbrellas and set them up and take them away for you on the beach. They also have Bikes and fishing gear if you want rent additional items or have your beach spot set up for you.
There are 3 designated parking spaces for guest in front of the home. The owner reserves the right to use the driveway and guest house in the back that is a separate structure and not included in the nightly rate.
Home has a pack and play, high chair, and gate on the spiral staircase for children but keep in mind there are a lot of stairs when bringing small children. Children under 14 should be supervised on the rooftop deck and no person should step or climb on any railings.

This home is situated in a residential area and noise must be inside after 10pm, no large parties allowed. This home is designed for a comfortable place to relax and unwind and we would love to host your best vacation rental stays ever but please keep these things in mind.
We also have the Blue Oasis Jax Beach that is 4 blocks away, just West of A1A with a heated pool if you needadditional space.

We very much enjoyed our visit. The Blue Cabana is in a fantastic location very close to a lovely part of the beach. The house is well stocked, well laid out, and nicely decorated. Perfect for a visit with family to the beach.

Fantastic spot for family in JAX Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in Katie’s beautifully designed and decorated home. Just steps from the beach and a quick neighborhood (hard to find in JAX Beach). Grocery and necessities are close by and you are only a short drive from some of the best food in town. I travel here often for work and will be staying again.

Charming house in great location

This renovated house is just a few steps from a beach access and located in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. The house is well-designed, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Owner responded quickly and helpfully when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home & great set up! It has been updated with nice appliances, furniture & was stocked with all necessities & more. It has several outdoor areas (porches) to sit & enjoy the weather including a roof top sitting area with ocean view! Though the weather didn’t quite cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed watching football, playing games, rocking on the front porch during rain & enjoying family time!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful stay at the The Blue Cabana. The property is completely renovated, was incredibly clean, and has everything you need (beach towels, chairs, kitchen necessities, etc.). The proximity to the beach is amazing! The neighborhood is very nice, and there are great shopping centers and grocery stores close-by (Publix, Whole Foods, and even Trader Joe's!). One last thing to point out are the very comfortable beds! This is a great rental.

Beautiful house steps from the beach

This house is perfect in every way. It was spotless when we arrived, and the design is straight out of a magazine. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings, a huge kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and so many thoughtful touches (lots of beach and bath towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). We had the five of us staying here but hosted more of our family for the day and it was a perfect base for the rest of the family to shower, relax in the AC, and eat lunch on a long day at the beach. We loved it!

Great Stay

We have a VRBO as owners so it is great to experience others houses. This house was great! Clean rooms, great layout, close to the beach, and easy to communicate with the owners. My sister came away wanting to know the maker of their mattress to buy one for her home. Great job! Also very much enjoyed the book that you left showing the renovation of the property. It was very interesting.
