Bring your family to this beautiful home located at the Ross Barnett Reservoir in Brandon Mississippi. This newly decorated and painted home is fully furnished. It has 4 bedrooms on one level. There are 2 full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting. WiFi is included , smart TVs in all bedrooms and TV projector in living room. It has a large wooded backyard with fence. It also has Private parking and garage. We hope you enjoy your stay.
The home is located in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating dock , walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a TV projector in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The master bedroom has a 55 inch. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. There is a bonus room with pool table. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private backyard area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The yard is fenced in with a beautiful wooded lot. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board. Pets allowed with pet fee required to be paid prior to stay.
