Welcome to G-1 located on the 1st floor in the North Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Our first floor condo, (technically 2nd floor as we have a ground level lobby) is convenient to the beach, upper parking deck and pool . Our condo is freshly painted and newly refurbished. Our living room has a sleeper sofa, new chair, area rug and new wall mounted TV. Our kitchen has new white, shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and subway tile backsplash.....new pics coming December! We have a smooth surface range and new stainless fridge. Kitchen has all your dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware needs. Our condo has new ceramic tile throughout all living areas and new LVT flooring in the bedrooms. Living room/dining area, kitchen as well as both bedrooms are oceanfront. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and sliding glass doors to the small private balcony. The en suite full bath has new tub/shower combo with tiled tub surround and new double vanity sink with quartz top, new lighting and new mirrors. We have a walk-in closet off the powder room. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed, TV, and a full en suite bath. The guest bath has a new vanity (2022), new lighting and new mirror and new tiled walk in shower. We have a front load washer/dryer. Our condo has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and custom drapes. All of our sliding glass doors are new and easy to open and close. G-1 overlooks the North Tower pool, ocean, and Beach Club. Guests will love relaxing on our extra large balcony with high top table and 2 chairs + a large standard height table and 4 chairs. Our balcony has solid panels vs open railings. Perfect for guests with small children. We strive to keep our condo exceptionally clean and well maintained. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking.

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

Everything you need!

The unit is well maintained, kitchen is up to date and fully equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. Great patio view!

Ocean Creek is the best!

We love the location and privacy of Ocean creek. This was a very nice room lobby level so it was easy to get in and out. Great updates and views of the ocean and pool.

A fantastic place to enjoy for all ages

A very nicely appointed condo with amazing views. This property has so much to enjoy. The lagoon was our kids favorite spot to find little crabs and fish. Fireworks were happening each night on the beach. The pool was lovely. Going for walks on the grounds is also a joy. We really liked this place!

Beautiful, clean property

We had an amazing time. The property was clean and neat. Anything you could ask for was at your fingertips. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an enclosed balcony for my granddaughter to play on. The coffee maker is great! You can make an entire pot or just one cup!

The G1 condo in Ocean Creek North was perfect and exactly as advertised! It was very clean with great sheets and fluffy towels.The first floor condo was a pleasant surprise- quiet and so convenient for coming and going. Cheryl was easily accessible for any questions. I strongly recommend this condo and Paradise Found which is Cheryl’s company’

We booked this last minute and LOVED the stay. This may be my first VRBO I haven’t had to communicate with a host multiple times with issues. Though Cheryl was very quick to respond to me one question about a grocery store. The first floor is incredibly convenient. While you do see some parking lot in your view, the view of the pool, ocean, and what we chose to call “the lagoon” were picturesque. Easy in an our without having to use elevators or stairs.The Ocean Creek community is a gem that allows you to fully escape. Willow tree lined roads and sidewalks. Our kids were even able to partake in a community Easter egg hunt during our stay! The kitchen makes you feel like you’re at home- fully equipped, we were excited they even had a cheese grater! Plenty of cookware and all glass plates/ glasses. Dishwasherand washer dryer work very well, stove and oven cook evenly. Quite literally nothing bad to say about this experience. We will be back!

Amazing Stay

Just spent two weeks at this property, and it was exactly as advertised and more. Cheryl has thought of everything to make this condo feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, the security of the gated community is comforting, and the view of the beach is stunning. Cheryl was also extremely gracious in all of our communication with her. This would be my first choice of a place to stay when we return!

Wonderful

We have stayed in this unit 4 times. It’s a 2 bedroom but we even stay when it’s only 2 of us because we love it so much. Every detail is taken care of. We have stayed at another unit once and after staying in G1 have never stayed anywhere else. The view is beautiful. You have everything you need. The manager Cheryl is on top of things. We feel confident everything will go great and it always does. The door is right by the elevator. Close to the cabana bar. There was even fireworks on the beach on Friday and Saturday nights. Just beautiful!

Beautiful property!

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you’d need… silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The balcony was very large and had a great view of the ocean. It’s located right above a parking area so it was a little loud outside at times, but it was Labor Day weekend so keep that in mind. The property was beautiful and secure. I especially loved the beach area. There were many pool of water that were perfect for our 7 year old to play in.
