Cozy and fully renovated Tiny home. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. In the heart of Tampa Bay close to Busch gardens and Adventure Island. Gorgeous backyard with an entertainment area. Close to many restaurants and shopping center.

THE SPACE:
Fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, enough kitchen space with cups and bowls, coffee maker as well and comfortable dining table for two. Queen bed with T.v in front, walk In closet with laundry basket. Backyard for entertainment with lights.
GUEST ACCESS:
Parking space #3 is for you to park your vehicle, parking space number is on the driveway floor and to access the tiny home you need to open the gate and it will be #3.

Multi-Unit Property:
The Tiny Home is one of 3 units with designated parking in driveway where two cars fit one behind the other in the driveway, The parking space number is on the driveway floor #3.
The Unit is private, you will only be sharing the back yard and laundry room with other guests.
The property has surveillance cameras outside of the property and are visible, this is a security measure for the guest and the host.
There is a Ring Floodlight camera in front of the house recording 24/7, and Ring Floodlight camera outside of unit 2 recording 24/7.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
My house is located in an urban and developing area. Like much of tampa, my house is surrounded by a little bit of new and old. Please look into the area before booking! It’s a safe neighborhood, residences are older, well established built between 1940 and 1999, and a few new constructions.
3 minutes away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 10 minutes away from MOSI and USF. Close to many shopping center as well as restaurants.
HOUSE RULES:
1. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RENT 23yrs+
2. ID VERIFICATION: NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ALLOWED, GUESTS STAYING IN ANY UNIT MUST BE THE ONE SUBMITTING ID.
3. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
4. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING.
5. If our Sheets and towels are stained to the point where our cleaners can't remove the stains you will be charged for them. We understand that accidents happen but our sheets and towels are expensive.
6. Once your reservation has been confirmed we can't reduce the number of nights. We can only add nights if the nights are available.
7. On long term stays guest must agree to a cleaning once every two weeks by our cleaning team at a discounted price. Thank you for your understanding as this is the only way we can ensure the unit stays fresh throughout your stay. We would have to add it to the reservation.
8. No parties or events allowed.
9. Be considerate of other neighbors, no loud music inside the units.
10. Don’t order t.v services or you will be charged for them.
11. If you checkout late you will be charged extra $50 per half hour.
12. Please don’t throw wipes in the toilet, the easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. We simply wan to ensure your stay is problem free.
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
14. Don't leave personal items outside of your unit, remember you are sharing outdoor spaces with other guests, we are not responsible for broken or stolen items.
15. Please respect outdoor noise after 10pm sun-thurs and after 11:30pm on weekends.
16. Please double check the house for any personal belongings as i will not send them via mail.
17. No smoking allowed inside the unit, includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.
18. Please don't send anything to the unit. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
19. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night and i reserve the right to terminate your stay.
20. We are in Florida, although we have professional pest control service you may still encounter some wondering insects during your stay especially if you leave the door open, if it's raining or recently rained... it cannot be used to credit your account or refund any money. Please note any extreme bug reporting we must do a visual in person inspection.
21. Compliance: Failure to follow any of these House Rules is a breach of terms and conditions of your reservation. If anything in our house rules is unclear, please contact me. Please note that we reserve the right to evict any guest who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
