The Space

Hidden Hill Retreat provides exceptional comfort with luxury bedding and furnishings throughout. Guests enjoy all-new, high-end mattresses, plush pillows, and down comforters for a restful night’s sleep.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area features a 10-person dining table, thoughtfully designed for comfortable gatherings and time together.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to keep this in mind when booking. We want everyone to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay—both our guests and our neighbors.

We operate with a city-issued short-term rental permit and have a few guidelines in place to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

- The primary renter must be at least 30 years old

- No parties or events: This includes bachelor or bachelorette gatherings

- Quiet hours are from 7 AM - 10 PM (city ordinance)

- No more than 10 guests on the property at any time

- Fire safety: Due to our wooded setting, fires, fireworks, portable fire pits, and portable grills are not permitted. A propane gas grill (with propane provided) is available for guest use

- No smoking or Drugs: Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property

- No pets

One of the nicest houses I’ve ever stayed in! We stayed with two families, including five kids and it was more than enough space. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The host was responsive and proactive. I could not recommend this property enough. The kids were begging to come back!

Beautiful House for Family Stay!

From the time of booking, communication with the property manager was fantastic, and that continued through check-in and our entire stay. Good place to stay

Listing/photos are very accurate, the covered porch in back is nice especially in rainy weather. Lots of room, big table and ping pong for rainy gatherings which is what we had.

We loved our stay at Hidden Hill with our family. This was our 2nd stay here for a family reunion in the area and it was just as great as our first stay. We love this house so much that we added extra days to our stay before and after the reunion. This is a beautiful clean house with lots of room to move about. It has everything you need. It's so great that all the bedrooms are on the first floor. We hope to return again for a 3rd stay! Thank you for your hospitality!
