Lovely home in OstseeResort Olpenitz

Enjoy your relaxing vacation in this cozy vacation home. Located directly in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz, the accommodation is just a short walk from the Baltic Sea beach and the sailing boat harbor of Olpenitz.



The rooms extend over the first floor. The separate bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed, there is also a TV here. In the combined living/dining area, everything has been thought of. The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two children. Here the fireplace stove provides cozy hours, also a DVD player is available. On the terrace it is wonderful to have breakfast, enjoy your first coffee in the morning here.



Especially in the cold season you can warm up again in the in-house infrared heat cabin after a long walk on the beach or a sailing trip on the Schlei and then make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room.



Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year, you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses sollte in diesem Preissegment einen wesentlich höheren Standard haben. Am Sofa war eine Naht geplatzt, die Duschwand war sehr verkalkt und saß nicht mehr in der Führung. Am Spiegelschrank hingen die Türen schief, Schrauben locker. Am Bett "blättert" das Kunstleder (vermutlich...) ab. Überall lagen die kleinen Krümel rum.Holzstühle ohne Auflagen sind auch nicht schön.Alles in dem Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alles in allem sollte es sauberer sein. Den hohen Preis ist das Haus aus meiner Sicht auf keinen Fall wert.In der heutigen Zeit sollten mehr Möglichkeiten angeboten werden, E-Autos zu laden. Wenn schon nicht am Haus direkt (z.B. 400 V Steckdose), dann an zentraler Stelle.Allerdings gibt es auch außerhalb des Hauses viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Man kann viel unternehmen.

Schönes Ferienhaus.

84€ für die Endreinigung kann man sich sparen. Da putzt man schneller billiger. Sonst der Ort bietet halt sehr wenig außer einen schönen Strand, leider ohne Toiletten. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Man hätte sehr viel mehr machen können aus so einen teueren Standort. Ein Italienisches Restaurant und ein Edeka. Das war’s Wir würden hier nicht wieder Urlaub machen wollen.

Der Aufenthalt war erholsam, leider war die Unterkunft nicht so sauber wie erwartet Kissen fleckig, Herd und Dunstabzugshaube schmierig, Wasser und Eierkocher stark verkalkt …) Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Radtouren , gute Radwege 😊
