Sunny apartment with a large south-facing balcony in Braunschweig Kanzlerfeld, quiet area, lots of green. In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center with Edeka market, a bakery with a nice cafe, pizzeria, post office, playground, flower shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Good bus connection to the city center of Braunschweig.

The living room

The apartment is best suited for one or two people. The city center is easy to reach by public transport, the apartment and the balcony invite you to relax. The pizzeria is highly recommended and the cafe opposite is cozy.
The kitchen is fully functional. Please do not use the dishwasher. It has never been used, so I don't know if everything is tight.
In the photos you will find a sketch of where to park and where the apartment entrance is.
My daughter-in-law has the key. She lives one floor up. Please write an email at least one day before arrival so that you can arrange for the keys to be handed over

We have enjoyed our stay again in the apartment. It is very close to where our son and grandson live so it is like our German home from home. We had everything we needed as was very warm and comfortable and the supermarket close by is very useful.

A lovely stay

This is a beautiful apartment which is close to our son in Braunschweig. Very clean and quiet with everything that we needed. It is very close to the bakery and cafe, the pizzeria and the Edeka supermarket just across the road by the traffic lights is brilliant. Close to the main road and buses. We hope to go back again.

Wir hatten wieder eine tolle Zeit in Braunschweig und haben unsere Unterkunft genossen. Super Bus-Anbindung, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke - was möchte man mehr!! Ausserdem gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze und die Wohnung ist sehr schön.

Wir waren für einen Wochenend-Trip in Braunschweig und haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist spitze (ruhige Wohngegend, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus in die Innenstadt gleich um die Ecke). Einfach der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Richtig klasse

Auch wenn wir auf Grund eines Seminars nur selten in der Unterkunft waren, können wir sie nur empfehlen. Tolle Raumaufteilung, eine herrliche Ruhe und eine tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Vor allem der Kontakt mir der Vermieterin war hervorragend, vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Braunschweig sind, ist das unsere 1. Adresse.

Alles da für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Ich bin sehr froh, diese sehr gepflegte und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung für unserem Aufenthalt in Braunschweig gefunden zu haben. Der Check- in war denkbar einfach und Frauke hat auf jegliche Fragen super schnell reagiert. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurant direkt vor der Tür. Mit Bus oder Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt oder auf der Autobahn. Sogar Lego gibt’s 😉

Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Die Ferienwohnung, die ich gar nicht als solche nutzen konnte. Grund war nicht die Fewo, sondern meine Unternehmungen vor Ort, die mich erst abends wieder dort ankommen ließen. Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich mir diese Adresse merken werde. Hier ist es so schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist für jeden, der etwas Zeit drinnen verbringen muss, dabei. Und selbst die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst meine verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Gerne wieder. Ronald
