Living room with sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, large bookcase, extendable table ideal for dining or teleworking, as well as a lift-up coffee table.
Fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, multifunction oven (microwave/grill), fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and kitchen utensils. A capsule coffee maker and kettle are also available. A few coffee capsules and tea bags are offered on arrival.

• Room
Bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with a comfortable mattress and a large storage cupboard. Bed linen is provided.
A travel cot can be made available on request, for an extra charge of €15 per stay (linen not provided).

• Shower room
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and plenty of storage space. Towels are provided.

Apartment located on the ground floor on one level. A step of about 5 cm is present at the entrance of the building.
