About this property

Beautiful new construction, modern home....... Drink your morning coffee, from the 3rd floor balcony with a view of the lake. Take a long hot shower, with great water pressure. Grill steaks and bond with friends & family on the back porch. Enjoy high end appliances, along with lavish comfortable furniture. Bring your boat or jet skis. Boat ramp #7 is only two blocks away. Must be 25 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, NO PARTIES & NO PETS ALLOWED. 3 car max.
The property is on a corner lot, with a large front yard. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. This is a THREE STORY home, so please understand that you will be climbing stairs. There is no elevator. If you have health, or knee issues, this may not be the property for you. The TV's all have the following streaming apps....
Netflix, HULU, Disney+, Paramount+.
The property is located in Canyon Lake Hills subdivision. It is not a gated community, but does a have a homeowners association. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The neighbors are a very tight knit group, and they all talk to each other. Have a great time and enjoy the home, but please keep the noise level outside of the home down. The neighbors are very friendly, but they will call me if the noise level gets out of hand. There are 3 security cameras outside the home, for your protection, and mine. The backyard camera is located above the back door and has to face the hot tub, because of the configuration of the back yard.

NO PETS ALLOWED, and no loud music outside the home. $350 fee if there is any pet urine or pet feces found in the home, especially on the carpet.

Solar Eclipse

Great rental. It is three stories so consider any personal mobility challenges. Well stocked with towels and supplies. Some outdoor chairs might be nice. Overall, comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Why they chose this property

My home is only 2 blocks from public boat ramp #7. There are numerous public parks around the lake. The closest one to the house is approximately 2 miles away, it's called Potters Creek Park. Either bring a boat or jet skis and launch them at the boat ramp.... Or pack up the family and attend one of the numerous parks, for a day at the lake. Cranes Mill Marina is only a couple of miles away. If you don't bring a boat with you, you can rent one at the marina. Renting a boat is actually an ideal situation, because you can enjoy the lake and you don't have to deal with trailering and towing a boat around. Cranes Mill Marina also rents out jet ski's. Make sure to visit historic Gruene Hall in New Braunfels. Also, make a trip to the Outlet Center for some fantastic shopping !

What makes this property unique

My property is unique, because its brand new. I spared no expense on the furniture and the bedding. I love the three levels, and the view from the 3rd floor balcony. You will be impressed.
