What a lovely, clean, and cozy space! We loved the close proximity to Sawmill Market and Old Town! We also had no trouble navigating to the balloon fiesta. Our hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!
The house was cute and clean...close to old town (and our son's house:). So, perfect for us:)I wish I had taken more pictures but all of our pics are at our son's house with all of us..........

So happy to hear this! Thank you so much for the kind words.
The house and property were perfect for our group. We spent most of our time on the outside patio talking all night and it was wonderful! Would definitely book here again!
The location was perfect, everything was super close. Being from alaska the ac saved us. The rooms and beds were comfortable and it had enough space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Definitely recommend staying.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean vrbo. Beds were comfortable and though in more commercial area it was very convenient to old town. Suggest black out window coverings as well bc lot of lot in master bedroom n hard for us to sleep.

The property was clean. AC had some issues and the washing machine was so noisy you had to go outside when it was running. Not a very good area of Albuquerque.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we appreciate the heads up on the washing machine so we can look into the noise for the short spin cycle. Thankfully the mini splits in each room are all individual units and only 2 years old working well (just created a bit of condensation when turned down to low 65 degrees, as we found in the dining room after you checked out). So we are definitely looking into that. Lastly, the beloved Old Town area is definitely a great central spot to check out all the highlights of Albuquerque, but we can understand if it’s not your cup of tea.
We spent a long weekend at this house, and it was just perfect for my family of 4 and my grandparents. The house was very centrally located. Right off the freeway and close to everything! My grandparents were able to stay in the casita and have privacy away from my rambunctious boys. There were still some vintage pieces with a nice blend of modern. The yard was a nice size and well maintained, and so pretty to look out the kitchen window. There were a few hiccups, but the owners were always available, and responses were so fast. There were a few things, they wouldn't stop me from staying there again. the tub in the main house could go for a refresh. The pull-out couch is listed as sleeping 2, but my 12 year old son was the only one that fit on there to sleep, there is no way 2 adults could sleep on there.
I would still highly recommend this house as well as the hosts ,

Thank you so much for the great feedback and kind review. Appreciate you!
Five of our family enjoyed staying in your beautiful house, 3 minutes from historic Old Town. So clean, tidy, and full of extras! Peaceful, and secure. The beds were better than our home! Please consider eye coverage for a deeper sleep because of lights from the street. Perhaps black out shades in the future? That would be my only suggestion. Enjoy!
