Lovingly renovated fisherman's house by the sea

The house is an old fisherman's house (Skånelänga), built around 1920, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years.
It is beautifully situated in a small village (Balkåkra), only 3 km from the sea and sandy beach. There are also several swimming lakes in the vicinity. The small town of Ystad is 6 km away and the larger cities of Lund and Malmö are around 60 km away. Copenhagen is also easy to reach from there. Beautiful destinations nearby are Kåseberga with Ale Stenar, Stenshuvud with Rörums Strand and Sandhammaren, the beach with the finest and whitest sand in all of Sweden.
 
The house has about 130 square meters.  On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room and master bedroom (double bed).
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 children's bedroom (2 separate beds) and 1 guest room (a large bed, 130 cm wide), TV and study, 1 small shower / bath with toilet.
The house has a beautiful, protected garden. It is fully equipped, plus a trampoline and 2 bicycles for adults and 2 children's bicycles.

Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the tenant.
