Lakefront home with 2 docks (May-Nov) water toys, fire pit, gorgeous stone fireplace and close to hiking trails. Large deck overlooking Lake Owassa with spectacular views. Private and serene.
Perfect for family reunions or multiple family vacation.
Year round destination for fun and activities.
Summer-swimming, kayaking paddle boarding, hiking, fishing and the Sussex county Fair
Fall- hiking, Fall Festivals, Sunflower Maze and the Jack-O-Lantern Experience
Winter- skiing, snow tubing, ice skating and the Holiday Lights festival
Spring- hiking, biking, Music and Crawfish Festival
*There is a door bell/ security camera located at the front door.

Please place all used linens in provided bags and leave in shed under carport.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Additional guest approval needed prior to stay. $50.00 per guest per stay.
Lake rules: 1. life vests must be worn by children (12 and under) when using kayaks/paddleboard. 2. No Diving or jumping from dock. (shallow water).
Lake Rules cont. 4. No privately owned watercrafts may be used. 5. Rowboat is not available for use.
