Welcome to our beautiful penthouse in Bad Hönningen, on the sunny side of the Rhine !!!

Enjoy unforgettable days in our modern and stylish furnished penthouse (85 m2). Relax on our 100 m2 roof terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Rhine Valley, or live the Bad Hönningen city motto "On the sunny side of the Rhine" and sunbathe undisturbed in complete privacy of our penthouse.

The penthouse has a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, no oven). There are also two bedrooms, each with a 1.80m wide double bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment house has an elevator and also its own parking space located directly at the house.

The well-known and very popular Kristall Rheinpark-Therme with its fantastic bathing and sauna worlds is only a few minutes' walk away.

On site in Bad Hönningen you will find everything that everyday life requires and what you may need during your stay. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, hairdressers, doctors, etc. are all within walking distance. Likewise, all of the city's cultural events can be easily reached on foot from the apartment, and Bad Hönninger Bahnhof is also just a 10-minute walk from the penthouse.

In the wider area you can enjoy the tourist highlights of the region very well: Bonn is only 34 km, Koblenz 36 km and Cologne 60 km away, while many of the typical Rhenish wine villages are in the immediate vicinity and invite you with their restaurants and tourist opportunities.

The region also captivates with its multitude of hiking and cycling opportunities that have something to offer for every taste. We would especially like to recommend the Rheinsteig, which leads through Bad Hönningen, the Rheinburgenweg, as well as the Westerwaldsteig. Directly on the other side of the Rhine you will find Maria Laach and the unique volcano park, attractive for hikers and geologists at the same time, and the Boppard via ferrata is not an hour's drive away.

But if you just want to relax at home, we offer you fast WiFi suitable for online calls, surfing and streaming to your heart's content.

This apartment was perfectly clean and had every amenity we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. The patio was stunning, unfortunately a spate of poor weather prevented us using it much. Communication with the host was superb, timely and friendly

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Bad Hönningen verlebt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Terrasse des Penthouses ist beeindruckend riesig mit Ausblick auf den Rhein! Extrem netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Heel fijn appartement. Alles aanwezig. Ook om zelf te koken. Fantastisch groot terras met breed uitzicht over de Rijn. Heel goede communicatie met de eigenaar Mathias. Bad Hönningen is een rustige plaats met een prachtige omgeving. Enorm naar mijn zin gehad. Was hier al een paar keer eerder, maar dit gaat nooit vervelen.

Rheinfeeling pur

Wir waren eine Woche am Rhein und haben uns im Penthouse sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist auch bei leichtem Nieselwetter nutzbar und es gibt immer etwas zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es zu zweit an nichts gefehlt. Das Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden, hat uns unser Gepäck sehr erleichtert. Ein rund um gelungener Aufenthalt.

Bad Hönningen Penthouse im Juli 2024

Perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, für 3-4 Personen optimal. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein erweitert die Wohnung noch einmal. Wir haben uns in der Umgebung so wie in der Wohnung total wohl gefühlt. Check in und out und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bestens!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. In Bezug auf die Wohnung gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Kirche direkt nebenan bzw. das Läuten ab 6.00 Uhr morgens ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man das Fenster schließt hört man aber nichts mehr davon. Super vietnamesisches Restaurant fussläufig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur auf der Sonnenseite des Rheins

Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung vom stressigen Alltag ist, wird hier mit einer traumhaften Terrasse und einem grandiosen Blick auf den Rhein belohnt. Wir waren schon einmal für einen Kurzurlaub Gäste in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung und haben uns diesmal für einen zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub in Bad Hönningen entschieden. Wir waren allerdings skeptisch, ob man es solange in diesem verschlafenen Städtchen aushalten kann? Wir haben es absolut nicht bereut! Wir gehören jetzt nicht zu den Urlaubern, die nur in der Ferienwohnung sitzen, um einfach mal gar nichts zu machen. Nein, wir haben von Bad Hönningen aus viele Möglichkeiten gehabt, auch unseren Jungs (12 und 14 Jahre) ein wenig Abwechslung, z. Bsp. ein Besuch im Phantasialand, zu bieten. Für uns gab es Abends nichts Schöneres, als uns bis spät in die Nacht auf die Terrasse zu setzen, den herrlichen Ausblick auf Bad Breisig zu genießen und dem Tuckern der vorbeifahrenden Kähne zu lauschen. Und das jeden Abend. Selbst bei leichtem Regen war dies möglich, da die Terrasse teilüberdacht ist. Vielen Dank an Familie König, für diesen unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub 2021 auf der Sonnenseite des Rheins. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig!

En daarmee bedoel ik vooral het terras, het uitzicht en de rust. Prima ruim appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede internet verbinding. Aan de rand van het Westerwald. Schitterende omgeving om wat te wandelen en rond te toeren. En leuke plaatsen in de buurt. Prima ontvangst. Heel aardig. Met mondkapje. Goed gedaan. Zeer netjes schoon gemaakt. Ben hier nu voor de derde keer geweest. Wederom uitstekend bevallen en lekker tot rust gekomen. Dank je wel Monika en Matthias. Ik hoop tot ziens.

Sehr nette Penthouse und wunderschönen Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub in Bad Hönningen. Die Penthouse ist sehr nett, grossräumig. In der Küche verfügen wir über alles, (ausser einen Rauchabzug). Der Ausblick ist super! Die Terrasse is sehr gross und bietet einen Blick auf den Rhein aber auch auf das Weingebiet und das Schloss. Wir assen nur auf der Terrasse, es war sehr angenehm. Wifi wirkt sehr gut, die Bette sind sehr bequem, Das Badezimmer und die Toiletten sind sehr nett. In der Nähe gibt es einen Spielgarten für die Kinder und wir sind direkt am Rhein, was sehr angenehm ist. Matthias antwortet sehr schnell und sehr komplet auf die Emails. Es ist es wert!
