The home provides spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation, complimentary WiFi and its own large private screened pool. This comfortable and well furnished home is conveniently located with quick and easy access to the junction of Florida's Turnpike and Osceola Parkway providing direct routes to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks (15 mins), Universal (18 mins) and Sea World (18 mins). It occupies a sunny and peaceful position located in a quiet residential area away from main road traffic. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The pool area benefits from the sun all day and overlooks a magnificent open space area with lake views. The living area has two sofas one of which converts to a bed. The kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pans. The home has an ample supply of towels & linens and is also equipped with a washer and dryer. There is cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and queen bedroom and the home is equipped with free Wi-Fi and free local/US calls. Pool heat can be booked for an additional fee on request. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
