Shop 350 m, grocery 650 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 350 m, bar 240 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 300 m, railway station "Sion" 16.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.5 km, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 350 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 900 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 40 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 100 m, Bisse du Milieu 650 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Living/dining room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n C1 dans la montée. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. This apartment can be rented with the apartment Victoria C1 because they are both contiguous and can be reached directly by their 2 balconies. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Very basic accommodation but not really value for money. Beds were filthy, not made up on arrival and linen/towels provided very poor. 2 coffee/tea cups one of which was chipped badly for a four person appartment and only a couple of small pans. Bathroom ok. Wouldn't recommend as there is much better out there. Location for skiing good.
