Kaz Lavibèl is a contemporary Creole villa designed to offer a bright, comfortable and sea-facing stay for six people. As soon as you enter, the large living room seduces with its generous volume and its bay window that opens wide onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the deep blue of the Caribbean. Natural light flows through the space from morning to evening, creating a soft and soothing atmosphere.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each carefully decorated in a chic Creole style combining natural materials and modern touches. The master suite has its own bathroom, while a second, spacious and functional shower room serves the other bedrooms. Two independent toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. Everything has been designed to guarantee privacy and comfort to each traveller.

The heart of the house is undoubtedly its living space: a friendly living room equipped with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and a fully equipped open kitchen to prepare meals with ease. This indoor space naturally extends outside, where an 8×4 m swimming pool awaits you, perfect for cooling off at any time of the day.

From the terrace, the view of the Caribbean Sea offers a permanent spectacle: shades of blue, clear horizon, light trade winds... An ideal setting to enjoy a breakfast in the sun, a moment of relaxation or an aperitif at sunset. Travellers benefit from simple, secure and completely private access to Kaz Lavibèl. The property is fully fenced and equipped with a large closed gate, guaranteeing tranquility and security throughout the stay. A private car park is available inside the grounds, allowing you to park easily and with complete peace of mind.
For more practicality, it is also possible to park directly in front of the house, which facilitates arrival, unloading luggage or daily trips. Access is designed to be smooth and comfortable, whether you arrive during the day or at night. 🚗
