This is a beautifully cut 2 room apartment (for non-smokers), completely redesigned, on the garden floor of a typical Hamburg Wilhelminian style villa. You enjoy living in the countryside and are still quickly in the city or in the nearby AEZ. The apartment is comfortably furnished, with wooden floors in the entire living area and underfloor heating in the bathroom. In the kitchen you will find everything for a perfect time including a Nespresso machine. A small terrace is in front of your living area. The living area opens from the kitchenette to the dining area. There is a sofa bed for 2 more people. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a desk. The apartment has a WiFi guest access. A 50 "TV and a Blueray player and another flat screen in the bedroom.

Fantastic Apartment in Beautiful Historic Villa

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, extremely well equipped and designed, the bed and fold-out couch comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport and next subway stop. The owners were very nice, helpful and accommodating - would love to stay here again!

A wonderful stay!

Kirsten, thank you so much for everything! We really appreciate your daughter Lily coming to help during check-in. As you could see, our German wasn’t as good as it could have been. The bedroom and sofa bed were perfect for our family of three. Such a nice quiet area.

Beautiful Surroundings!

My German husband & I travelled from Canada to visit our son who is married, with a family, & working in Hamburg. The little apartment is very comfortable & quiet. Situated right across from a beautiful, large park & not far from the 'Stadtpark' makes for wonderful walking opportunities. Our hostess was most pleasant & helpful!

This is a really exceptionally clean and well-equipped place! Kirsten welcomes guests in a very cordial manner. Furniture is new, tasteful and functional. Kitchen has everything you can think of, including oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Nice little terrace to sit outside. Two tv’s and strong WiFi. A place to really feel at home! Small drawback: nine minutes walk from the nearest U-Bahn, which gets you into the city.-center in around 30 minutes. But this is a small inconvenience. Thank you, Kirsten!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben den kurzen Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden :-) Die kleine Terrasse ist prima für warme Tage. Die nahegelegene U-Bahn-Station ist sehr praktisch. Der Alsterpark genau gegenüber ist sehr schön. Der Ausstattungsstandard der Unterkunft ist gut und hochwertig. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

So möchte man Hamburg erleben

"Muggelige" Top-Ferienwohnung - klare Empfehlung

Das Apartment ist modern, bestens ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und richtig heimelig. Man kann den Stadtteil gut per PKW erreichen und findet hier immer einen Parkplatz; die U-Bahn ist komfortablerweise ebenfalls ganz schnell zu erreichen. Und die Gastgeber, Familie Lorenzen, sind nicht zu übertreffen an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wer als Paar in HH eine Ferienwohnung sucht: unbedingt hier!

Wunderbare, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in HH, ist top ausgestattet, sehr hell, sehr modern und nahezu neu möbliert. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, dank Bügelbrett und -eisen können sogar Konzerte in der Elphi faltenfrei besucht werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine TOP-Unterkunft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach nur Spitze

Eine wundervolle Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Umgebung direkt an der Alster gelegen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus kein Problem. In kurzer Entfernung finden sich zwei öffentliche Ladeplätze für ein E-Auto. Sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit S- und U-Bahn kann die tolle Stadt Hamburg erkundet werden. Die Gastgeberin Kirsten ist sehr sympathisch, hat uns nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Sobald Hamburg wieder auf dem Programm steht (Tennis Rothenbaum), kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder in diese außergewöhnliche FeWo. Von uns -- highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr moderne, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Hatten die Räder dabei und konnten in ca. 100 m Entfernung auf den Alster Wander-/Radweg. Wunderschön entlang der Alster zu radeln und es gibt viel zu sehen. U-Bahn ist ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Zum Hafen mit S1 und S3 ca. 20 Minuten. Minutengenaues Umsteigen möglich. Wir waren begeistert, sehr schöne Wohngegend, dennoch gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber auch viel Natur.
