The 700 year old Zinnowitz, with its 160 years of bathing life, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. At the beginning of the 20th Century emerged hotels and pensions in impressive architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a unique picture. Between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, located in one of the narrowest parts of Usedom, the place is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forest. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Bernsteintherme with its 850 square meter sea water swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or backwater.

DREAMLIKE apartment with sauna! 2015 was the first rental season !!! Our ultra-modern dream apartment is located in Zinnowitz between the Baltic Sea beach and the bay. In this apartment you can enjoy the flair of the Zinnowitz spa culture. Only 1.5 km away you can reach the Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the sun rays and the sea air. In addition to the perfect beach and beach holiday, the sunny island of Usedom is suitable for rambling walks in the natural and cultural landscape and for cycling tours. Visitors interested in culture will find a variety of suggestions on Usedom and in the surrounding area of the island. There are various wellness offers in Zinnowitz. We highly recommend the Bernsteintherme - equipped with a sea water pool, children's pool and saunas with access to the Baltic Sea. There are also galleries, boutiques, varied gastronomy and a wide range of shops. Those who like to travel by bus and train can easily travel with the Usedom Baths Railway (UBB) or the well-developed bus service.

Wohnung war 2 Tage ohne Warm Wasser Heizung über die ganze Mietdauer nicht verfügbar. Teilweisr defekte Einrichtung ,Geschirrspüler, Küchenstuhl, Feuermelder fehlt. Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmer verschlissen. Malerarbeiten sind zwingend erforderlich vor allem in der Wohnstube

Sehr schöne Wohnung aber die Straße...

Es fehlt nichts in der Wohnung, aber die Lage ist zur Straße gerichtet und diese Straße/Kreuzung ist leider sehr nah. Es ist nicht die B111, aber eben die Zufahrt zum Ort hinein, gleich die erste Kreuzung. Nachts ist wenig los, aber ab 6.00 Uhr bis spät abends ist da reichlich Verkehr. Der Schallschutzwall hält nur den Lärm von der Hauptstraße ab. Das Sofa ist für lange Fernsehabende nicht geeignet, aber wer will das schon, wenn man Urlaub macht an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, es gibt genug Stauraum in jedem Raum. Der Ofen und die Sauna machen die Lage der FW wett. (P.S. Der Geschirrspüler geht wieder. Der Abfluss war unter dem Sieb durch eine große Glasscherbe zum Teil blockiert)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, jedoch weit weg vom Strand

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Jedoch findet man auf der Internetseite keinen Vermerk, dass die Ferienwohnung sehr weit vom Strand entfernt ist. Sehr schade, deswegen nur 3 Sterne.
