Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash should be taken out when full and at the end of your stay.

Ensure the a key is returned to the lock box. Place all parking passes in the front pocket of the notebook before leaving. Failure to do so may result is addition fees.

Jennie is a North Carolina native and Greg is a New York transplant. Jennie introduced Greg to Atlantic Beach and the Bogue Shores community shortly after they met. Their love for the beach only grew from there. They were married on the beach and celebrated with families in the backyard of the complex in 2009. They now have two children who share their love for sand and water. Jennie and Greg purchased Unit 137 in December of 2021 to begin their own journey as condo owners. They are delighted to share their little slice of heaven with you!
