The house is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. Kitchen has all major appliances as well as many small ones such as toaster, kettle, Keurig and a hand mixer. Kitchen water line can be found on the left-hand side inside the fridge. Dining table seats 6 guests.
The main bedroom in the back of the house has a king size bed, dresser and closet to put all your belongings. As you walk through the den that has a bed with trundle and a closet, there is a bathroom with a large glass door shower and double sink vanity.
Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and closet. In addition to twin bed with trundle to comfortably sleep 2 kids, there is an air bed available for guests' use.
Each bedroom has a set of duvets for warmer and cooler nights as well as extra bedding sets. A guest bathroom with tub/shower is located across guest bedroom (on the right side of fireplace). A stepstool as well as beach towels are located in guest bathroom closet.
The living room sofa and loveseat are conveniently located in front of the fireplace and TV so you can relax after a day of soaking in the sun.
The whole house is single level with open concept kitchen-living area.
There is also a lanai equipped with seating area and a view of the tropical greenery. The lanai space is limited, although the outdoor furniture set is perfect for enjoying evening cocktail or morning coffee. The area is also equipped with hot tub. If you would like to use it, please check with a host in advance as it might take some time to warm up.
There are 3 smart TVs located in living room and each bedroom, providing access to popular streaming apps and cable.
In addition, this house has a washer/dryer located inside and a gas grill outside. Please clean dryer filter and grill after each use.
