About this property

Private Villa, Ocean & Mountain view with Solar Heated Pool.

Due to conflicts of my calendar, I am here to invite you request to make reservation on 1st - 9th, 2026 for a discount prices. Thanks! GO GREEN / Solar system with two 15 KW battery for the entre house.

For your privacy, there are no cameras anywhere.

Totally private pool is all yours, no sharing! Please note: pool heater is solar power, it increase the water temperature by 8 degrees, therefore pool tem. is always around 86 degrees but varies on the sun.

Completely air-cond. and well furnished with everything you may need. Off street parking, electric gated entry with beeper.

Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean, mountain and meadow views, very quiet and peaceful country setting

Only 7 min. to nearby beach. Many beaches within 35min. for kayaking snorkeling, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, shopping & dining.

Puerto Rico vacation

We came to Puerto Rico for a family vacation and it was every bit a trip to paradise we had the best Host anyone could ask for we will be back for sure thank you much for all the awesome info and trips to learn the island better

Hirum and Lee were amazing hosts. Excellent communication and went above and beyond. We flew in on Christmas and a lot of businesses are closed, so he made sure we had some creamer and milk for coffee. They provided beach chairs coolers and an umbrella. The house is very clean and remote. We didn't even lock the doors when we left for excursions. Tons of beautiful beaches within 30 minutes of here, and the closest is about 5 to 10 minutes. It's on a hillside that overlooks the famous tunnel in Isabella. Fireworks were amazing from here on New Years. Each room has a mini split so climate can be controlled individually. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked a couple nights we were here. Washer and dryer access was easy. Pool was refreshing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Beautiful stay in Quebradillas

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary trip staying at Hiram and Lee's home. We were welcomed upon arrival and given a clear overview of the property. There was plenty of space for us and anything we needed was provided for us. The private pool was very refreshing and we loved playing on the billiards table under the side porch overhang. PR Route 2 is just a few minutes away and takes you anywhere on the island you want to go. If we have an opportunity to come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again! A truly wonderful experience!

This is a lovely house and property in a quiet and scenic area, with an ocean view, and very close to main roads that lead to all the best that the north and west coasts of PR have to offer. But most remarkable is that Hiram and Lee are charming and friendly and generous hosts ( they are close enough in an adjacent apartment but very respectful of privacy) and are so attentive to details - that you feel very much “at home”.Which is just what we needed since this was a little “ staycation” for us as we live on the east end of PR and have been without electric power for more than two weeks. We feel refreshed and relaxed and ready to go home to face the challenges, anew.

Relaxing

The location and the view were above expected - we could see Guajataca Tunnel from the house. The host went above and beyond to make our stay joyful. The kitchen was fully equip - we only had to bring our food. Each room has AC, mirror, closet and furniture which make them very cozy and comfortable. Both bathrooms are in good shape. As the house is located on the top of a hill, is breezy which makes it not too hot even when sunny. The water temperature in the pool was just perfect to keep everyone playing which resulted in a very nice tan. The house is located very accessible to the downtown and beach - we went to Playa Jobos in Isabela - just 25 minutes driving. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet place, contact with nature, and accessibility to the beach. Us, we are already planning on returning sometime soon. The our host and hostess, it was a pleasure knowing you and we are thankful for your hospitality.
