The 55 m² house comprises a living/dining room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and griddle are provided. Parking for two cars is available on the property. The ocean is a 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk away. The town center of Biscarrosse Plage is a 10-minute bike ride or a 5-minute drive. Young children will love swimming in the lake, a 10-minute drive away, and/or enjoying the 1-hectare inflatable water park. A mini-market, restaurant, pizza place, and surf rental shop are all within 300 meters of the house. Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat are a 20-minute drive away. An 18-hole and a 9-hole golf course are a 10-minute drive away.
