Old house (180m²) in the heart of the Montmorillon countryside. Ground floor: kitchen, large living room/lounge. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90cm, 1 bed 120cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140cm, 1 cot). The lounge glass doors open on to spacious land with swing, slide and hut. Electric heating (individual meter), sheet rentals option. There is a choice of hiking trails leaving from the gîte.
