Your dream vacation is waiting for you. Spend an indescribable and relaxing holiday in the new and exclusive "Ferienhaus Wellenreiter". The semi-detached house is located on the north mole of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz, directly on the water.

On 3 floors with extra large roof terrace, near a sheltered bay, with stunning and unique views of the Baltic Sea, you will find your holiday home.

Enjoy relaxing hours overlooking the sea while relaxing in the double whirlpool or the infrared sauna. The spa is located adjacent to the roof terrace and offers an unforgettable view towards the sunset.

During your vacation, this holiday home will be your home. Cozy and optimally suitable for 8 guests on a floor space of 130m².

In front of the house is a large double carport with storage room (6x3m) waiting for you. Bring your own bicycles can be safely stored locked.

Traumhafte Auszeit direkt am Wasser Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt am Wasser, mit herrlichem Blick und einer Ruhe, die sofort entschleunigt. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten.

Wie erwartet gut

Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Umgebung muss man mögen. Kleiner aber sehr netter Strand in der Bucht in wenigen Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen.Wirklich alles andere nur mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto.Bis zum nächsten Restaurant und Supermarkt sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten

Wir hatten sehr schöne 7 Tage in Olpenitz. Das Haus war leicht zu finden. Der überdachte Parkplatz vorm Haus macht es leicht, bei jedem Wetter das Auto zu leeren. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Die Kommunikation mi dem Vermieter funktioniert reibungslos, egal ob telefonisch oder per Email. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. MfG. Familie Richter

Schöner Aufenthalt

Whirlpool mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund dort im Dezember. Zu finden ist das Ferienhaus fast am Ende einer schmalen Straße zu beiden Seiten jew. ein Haus, dahinter Wasser. Teilweise Häuser, teilweise Ferienwohnungen in größeren Komplexen. Es ist aber eine reine Ferienhaussiedlung. Dies ist ein Reihenhaus mit drei Ebenen. Im EG ein WC sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein großer Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch. Bodentiefe Fenster bzw Terrassentür mit Blick aufs Wasser, davor eine kleine Terrasse direkt am Wasser, zu den Seiten eingezäunt. Im ersten Stock drei Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbett, eins mit Stockbetten) und ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Nach vorne raus mit Blick aufs Wasser, zu den Seiten und hinten, schaut man auf Häuser. Ganz oben das Highlight: das Bad mit 2er Whirlpool und Sauna. Natürlich auch hier bodentiefe Fenster und Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser. Auf der Etage ist auch Schlafzimmer Nr 4. Es ist alles sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Sofa und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Vorm Eingang gibt es ein Carport für zwei Autos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett, ebenso Check in und Check Out. Zugang mit einem Schlüsseltresor. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man mitbringen oder extra ordern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt bescheiden war, waren Whirlpool und Sauna der Hit. Nur Restaurant und Edeka sind etwas weit weg (über 2km).

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Hallo Herr Nimsch, wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser, das Feuer im offenen Kamin, läßt einen sehr schnell „runter kommen“ :-). Viel Spaß bereitet die gut ausgestattete Küche beim Kochen. Der Wellness-Bereich im 2.Stock macht aus einem regnerischen Tag einen schönen Tag. Bei der einen oder anderen Rückfrage waren Sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns prompt weitergeholfen. Die Gespräche mit Ihnen waren sehr angenehm. Wenn es unsere Urlaubsplanung nächstes Jahr zulässt, werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen :-). Wunderbare Auszeit

Allein die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas Besonderes - direkt am Wasser. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist rundum ausgestattet, nicht nur mit dem Nötigsten und darüberhinaus nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort und haben die Auszeit rundum genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Urlaub "Auf der Ostsee"

Wir hatten einen tollnen Urlaub im Wellenreiter "Auf der Ostsee 69a". Lage ist wirklich klasse! Terrasse und Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und schön. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat immer gut geklappt. Wir haben last minute grbucht, und es hat alles geklappt. Gerne wieder!

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Der Urlaub war sehr erholsame. Bei fragen wars kein Problem den Besitzer zu kontaktieren. Die Lage des Hauses ist super und das Objekt war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gab nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt den wir direkt dem Besitzer geschrieben haben und dieser meinte er wird sich drum kümmer.

Ganz ok

Die Doppelhaushälfte selbst ist außen relativ schmucklos, innen jedoch recht schön eingerichtet. Alles war soweit sauber. Jedoch müssen wir ein paar Abstriche machen. Der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse war voller Spinnen und Schmutz und musste von uns erst ausgesaugt werden bevor er genutzt werden konnte (wir wollten nicht warten bis jemand vom Reinigungsteam kommt). Im unteren Bereich der Duschtürenscharniere sind schwarze/schimmelartige Anhaftungen. Die Düsen der Wellnessbadewanne sind verkrustet, die Wanne konnte so nicht genutzt werden. Der W-Lan-Empfang ist lediglich im EG Innen bzw. im 1. OG dortiges Schlafzimmer zur Straße möglich. Sportlich finden wir auch die Tatsache, dass man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Person 20,- € extra zahlen muss, die Betten dann noch selbst beziehen muss und für das Abziehen der Betten 3,50.-€ pro Bett verlangt wird. Ebenso stimmt das Bild im Inserat auf Fewo (Stand 16.09.2022) hinsichtlich der Außenansicht nicht mit den Begebenheiten vor Ort überein. Linker Hand (der Terrasse am Ausgang des Hafenbeckens) befinden sich nunmehr 3 sehr große Apartmentkomplexe, welche die Aussicht beeinträchtigen. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das Haus nicht gemietet. Positiv möchten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Dachterrasse erwähnen.
