This is my childhood home. I grew up in this area, I went to school in this area, I still live in this area. When my parents decided to move on to a retirement community I decided to
offer it to others to enjoy as I have for so many years.

Why they chose this property

This area is great and offers a lot. Not far from the property is Blue Cypress Park which has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, fishing dock, and a boardwalk along the St. Johns River. The Arlington Lions Club Boat Ramp is a great place to launch your boat. Fort Caroline National Memorial has hiking trails, nature walks and scenic overlooks.
