Perfect Weekend Getaway!!!
The Eagle Lake Lodge at Wingswept, is situated on 45 acres just outside Eagle Lake's city limits. The Main Lodge is capable of sleeping 17 guests, and our separate bunkhouse can accommodate 6. The Main Lodge kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances (commercial refrigerator, 2 ovens, 8 cooktop stove, and a warmer drawer.) Small wine fridge in the dining room, which seats 20 guests comfortably.
Satellite TV and a fireplace in the living room. A firepit outside also campfires on clear cool evenings!
Large BBQ pit on the back patio.

Bring your fishing poles! And enjoy the evenings watching the sun set on the lake!

Comfortable parking for 10+ vehicles.
No smoking or pets are allowed on this property.

Children need to be monitored at all times, especially around the lake and sloughs. Alligators are present in the lake.

Great place to stay

Kitchen with commercial-grade equipment came in handy when cooking for a large group. The pool was nice and cold. Host was very responsive.

Fishing, food and pool fun!!

We celebrated our only child’s high school graduation with family. The property is amazing and provided a peaceful backdrop for fun with family. The screened in pool was perfect for the summer heat! Over 40 people joined us for dinner and we just couldn’t have asked for more. Patrick was so responsive and the owner was so friendly.

Getaway with Family

This is a beautiful and unique property. Overall we enjoyed our time with family (10 adults, 12 kids under age 11). The pool is not heated, so swimming in May was a bit chilly. The bathroom arrangement is unique with one room that has three toilet closets and a separate room just down the hall with three dorm style showers. The landscape is breathtaking with plenty of room to spread out, and we were able to spot several alligators nearby.

The views are beautiful, the kitchen is amazing. Wonderful place for groups. Lake front wonderful. Kinda cool to see the alligators. Only issue was the bugs and mosquitoes. Bring spray

Family Fun!

Our stay at the lodge was a lot of fun! We enjoyed the wonderful views looking out over the lake and the sunset was absolutely beautiful! Family photos turned out great! Everyone enjoyed the covered pool and the kids had a blast being able to swim whenever. Easy access to the bathrooms from the pool area. The large dinning room had plenty of room for everyone to sit together and enjoy meals. We did see alligators in the lake but had no issues; the kids enjoyed getting to see them swimming around. Due to the location of the property and the time of year, you definitely need lots of mosquito repellent lol. Overall, our experience was great and the property manager was professional, prompt, and very nice.
