This home is located within walking distance to sunset views over the gulf. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood great for family or couples vacations. This home has everything thing you need. Great outdoor space around the heated saltwater pool. Has an abundance of patio furniture, gas grill, ping pong table, bocce ball court. Enter the home through the welcoming screened in front porch which is great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This home has a beautiful gourmet fully equipped kitchen floor to ceiling cabinets with double ovens plus a large island for dining. French doors open up to the back screened Lani with large dining table plus additional patio seating with rocking chairs. The family room has plenty of space to hang out and an area for playing card games or puzzles. This home also provides desk area if work needs to be done while vacationing. The sofa also has a pull out queen bed for extra sleeping if needed. This home has three large bedrooms the King bedroom has an en- suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and walk-in closet, 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with twin bunk on top, 3rd bedroom has a Full size bed with twin bunk on top. The bunk beds are custom made sturdy for adults and children alike. There are smart TV’s in every room. There is a full sized washer and dryer for use. Four bikes are available for use on the 40 mile Pinellas Bike trail that runs close by. Located close to grocery and restaurants. Crystal Beach is a quiet community with a beautiful park area and fishing pier where you can watch the sunset over the gulf and even spot a dolphin, only 3 short blocks away from this property. The closest Beaches are Honeymoon Island and Fred Howard Beach each approximately 3 miles to the north and the south. Famous Clearwater Beach Pier 60 is about 13 miles away. Publix grocery store is only a few blocks away in a strip mall that has liquor store, nail salon many restaurants(Japanese, gyro, pizza, Mexican, poke) Hair salon, cute boutique, ice cream and breakfast restaurant also very close by. You will love this property.

We are Scott and Korrin, we come from the Midwest and have been vacationing in Florida with our family all of our lives. We started the snowbird way of life early on in life because we own a seasonal business up north and have plenty of free time in the winter. We really love it here so we decided a few years ago to purchase a home and because we have jobs that keep us up north for parts of the year we decided to share our home with other families. We know people will love it as much as we do. This adventure has gone so well that we know own three vacation rental properties in In Palm Harbor. We want our guests to make wonderful fun filled memories with family and friends like we have.

This home is very comfortable and relaxing. Great place to vacation with Friends or Family. It is in an excellent location near beaches ( Fred Howard Beach 3 M and Clearwater Beach 13 miles), many restaurants, golf, Pinellas Bike trail, 45 min drive from Busch Gardens.
