About this property

2 bedroom 1.5 bath in Fairfield Glade near the community center!

2 bedroom/1.5 bath with kitchen and washer and dryer.
This it the exact unit you will be staying in.

The condo is located near the 4 way in Fairfield Glade. Close to golf courses, boating, swimming, visitor center, and many amenities.
Ground floor living room, dining nook, full kitchen, washer dryer and half bath. Also located on the ground floor is a nice walk out patio from the living room.
Upstairs is two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other a queen sized bed. Also upstairs is a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
There is a TV in the living room and wifi.
Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and a regular coffee maker. This unit does not have a dishwasher.

Also included after booking if requested, are guest passes. The full first and last name of each person is needed. This will allow our guest(s) access and guest rate to amenities at Fairfield Glade.

Door is coded and the code will be given after booking.

One reserved parking space in front of the unit, on other car park in an unassigned space near by.

Would Highly Recommend!

I rented this property for a visit to my son who lives nearby. The condo was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed being close to the grocery store and gas station, but still in a scenic and quiet neighborhood. Our guest passes allowed us access to the Beach and Pool at Fairfield Glade and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking. Would definitely choose this property again and again!

Knew the condo was two story but did not know that the first portion of the stairs had no handrails. There was always stairs out side to reach the unit that had no handrails. Though I did not ask for handicap, I was shocked there were no handrails. My husband is an amputee and our guest had knee issues

Short trip to Fairfield Glade

Really nice place. Very clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Wife and I are in our 80's but easy, comfortable place to stay. Probably be seeing us here again on our occasional trips to the area.
