The part of the common property with parking spaces is not fenced. In Jadranovo there are many beautiful beaches and romantic bays, as well as excellent restaurants. A wealth of sports, cultural and entertainment opportunities can be found in the lively town of Crikvenica. Excursions to the surrounding towns of Novi Vinodolski, Rijeka and Opatija are recommended. Nature lovers can explore the national parks Risnjak and Plitvica lakes.
