The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The wifi was great, especially since cell reception in Caney isn't the best. The location is perfect for getting around. Recommended.

Cozy and comfortable

This was probably one of our most favorite places we have reserved. Very clean and well supplied with what we needed. There was plenty we didn't use because we were invited out to eat most meals but if we had cooked it would have been very convenient. I'm so happy i looked to see if there was any Vrbo places in Caney and what a great surprise and just down the road from our relatives.

Wow! Amazing modern country chic home that you wish every rental was like. Definitely impressed!

This place was a feature of our visit from Boise, Idaho. It’s great seeing such a great town invest back into itself and this property made it crystal clear that there are plenty of attractions in the area that people want to see and this is a perfect place to do it all from. Everything was neat, new, and organized. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and welcoming. The easy to find tidbits elegantly framed on the wall represents how classy this place operates. We will most definitely be staying here again for our next visit and I’m crossing my fingers that it’ll be available because I can only imagine it’ll be booked months in advance. Kudos to the Daniels.

Wonderful property. Excellent communication with owner. Easy and convenient check-in and out. Probably the cleanest place we have stayed. Plenty of supplies, towels and ample kitchen appliances and little extras such as paper towels, tissues, a welcome basket of snacks, and laundry pods and dryer sheets for our use. Wifi with smart TV and very comfortable beds. The only improvement I could say, would be another AC unit in the smaller bedroom. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would recommend this property for sure. Great place and nice quiet neighborhood. Outstanding.
