About this property

Beachfront condo w/large balcony perfect for dolphin and sunset watching.


Direct gulf front property with amazing beach view! Our unit is located on the 8th floor with a balcony that is 23' long for relaxing, reading, and watching the dolphins play during the day and viewing amazing sunsets at night. Our unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spacious open floor plan with delightful ambiance. All Mattress replaced 2/2023 as well at high end patio furniture.

We typically rent our unit Saturday to Saturday during busy season but are happy to try to accommodate your travel plans.

Owner's suite has king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, balcony access and fabulous view. Second bedroom has 2 double beds , TV and 3 bedroom has twin bed and a shared full bathroom.

The dining room has a table that sits 6 people. The kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. Its fully-equipped with plenty of counter space, stainless steal appliance, cookware/utensils, crockpot, blender, and Keurig and regular coffee pot.

Wi-Fi, smart tv's, washer/dryer in the unit and coin-operated laundry in the building.

Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pack n play and child table boaster seat provided.

Property is self-catering. Only starer supplies provided.

1 assigned parking space and limited guest parking is first one, first serve.

Cabana and lounge chair rentals available in front of the complex

Beautiful beach-front heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. In the pool area there is a recreation room with a ping-pong table and game machines. The beach is just steps away from water sports, volleyball net and sunbathing. Across the street from the building on the intracoastal is a business the rents several types of boats and beach bikes. Also there is a trolley that will take you to Clearwater Beach or St Petersburg Beach with many fun stops on the way.

Indian Shores it home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospital in the US. Be sure to experience local flavors in the area like Aloha-toGo, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Mickey Quinn's Pub and Beach Grill, Caddy's Pub, Symposium Craft Beer and Fine Wine and the renowned Salt Rock Grill. Just north is of Indian Shores is Indian Rocks Beach with more favorites such as The Original Crabby Bills, Guppy's on the Beach, JD's Restaurant , Jake's Cantina, and Slyce Pizza.



This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed on condo premises or beach.

We only supply 1 roll toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and no laundry detergent. I do try to leave trash bags/dishwashing soap

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of towels and leave parking passes on kitchen countertop. Safe travels home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please leave washer door open slightly when not in use
The closet on the balcony has beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Please wash the sand off of them at the end of your stay.
No grilling on the balcony. If you leave the patio doors open for more than 10 minutes the HVAC will shut off.

Great place for a family vacation

Perfect beach vacation

This condo had everything you needed for hanging at the beach or lounging by the pool. The veiw was beautiful each night and often saw dolphins in the mornings. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The mattresses and bath towels could be replaced , but overall this is a great condo with a great location and beautiful sunsets!

Nice relaxing stay. We travelled with grandma, grandpa, 3yr old and 5 month old. There was a pack and play and the den was perfect for the 3 year old. Very family friendly!

Nice place to stay.

The property was well equipped and close to everything. Despite mother natures wrath with Hurricane Idalia, the owner stayed in contact with us and helped with places to stay during mandatory evacuation. Would recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach was outstanding not over populated and the salt water pool was fantastic.

This property was very easy to rent. All information was given regarding arrival and departure. Recommendations were provided for favorite restaurants to visit. We loved our week stay and highly recommend this unit.

Great condo on the water

We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the water. The decor was nice. Everything was clean. We ate across the street at Caddy's a few times. Enjoyed the hot tub about every day. Hope to go back!

Our family is currently living in Ohio. We lived in Florida for several years and missed Florida so much we purchased this unit. As we are still raising children and can't use our condo as much as we would like, we thought is would be nice to share the condo with other families. We try very hard to keep our unit in excellent shape so you can enjoy your vacation time.

What makes this property unique

We think one of the nicest benefits of this area is that it's very quiet and peaceful. If we want nightlife it's just a few minutes drive.
