This is a great residential neighborhood with a good central location for getting around Seattle. The unit had all the amentities that we needed, which isn't much (great natural light, nice view, comfy bed if you like one with a pillow top, washer/dryer). The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and preparing snacks. The place was very clean and well appointed.

This condo is located in a beautiful residential area of Capitol Hill, nestled amongst beautiful, old mansions and only a few blocks from Volunteer Park, and Broadway (Capitol Hill's main street for amazing food, drinks, and eclectic shops).

Whether you're going for a leisurely stroll to gawk at the beautiful historical homes or you're heading out to a restaurant or bar, this neighborhood is great for walking!

What makes this property unique

The views! I fell in love with this condo because of the sunrise and sunset views. It's also a great place for a "front row" view of any firework displays happening at the Space Needle.

I'm happy to be able to host guests at the condo so that they can experience what I love so much about this city and the condo.
