Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Great property with close and easy access to the gondola, downtown Breckenridge, dining and groceries, and parks. The property was very clean and replete with everything you would need for an extended stay. Would love to stay again!
Newly completed, contemporary feel in the mountains. Great location to be able to walk downtown in 10 minutes (Gondola in 10 as well depending on gear). Groceries right across the street and easy parking. Bedroom and pull out were comfy for a family of 4 to sleep and kitchen had everything to accommodate not going out for every meal.

Beautiful, clean condo. Great location. Unfortunately the entrance to the building is right outside the door and we heard other tenants coming and going all night from the pull out couch.
Great stay for 3 nights. A bit spendy for a small place. Had to request bed linens for the sofa bed and as we arrived late in the evening the first night was spent without linens for that bed.
Location is great for both skiing and downtown activities. Would stay here again but think it’s overpriced for the space.
