Affordable Fun in the Sun - in the Heart of Destin

What more could you want for an ideal vacation? World famous white sand beaches, beautiful emerald water, comfortable and cozy accommodations, shopping, world class restaurants, and more! You get all of this and more when you stay in our 'Slice of Heaven.' Just park at your door and head into your comfortably appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. Avoid all those high-rise headaches, no roads to cross, no elevators, no lobbies, no waiting - you are on your own time because Southbay is a community of privately owned townhomes. Our 'home away from home' has 1300 square feet and comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Some of the amenities include central air conditioning, 1080p cable TV in living room and TVs in ALL bedrooms, Blu ray/DVD, Stereo system, internet access and a full size washer and dryer in the home. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and more. A plush king size bed, private master bath and walk in closet awaits you in the master bedroom. The townhome sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Bedroom two features a queen sized memory foam mattress that feels like your sleeping on a cloud. The third bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of closet space.
On the grounds of Southbay all guests can enjoy swimming in one of the 2 adult pools (1 heated) or 2 kiddie pools. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a fresh water 5 acre lake that you can fish in. Destin's emerald coast white sand beaches are a very short walk away from your front door through the lush Southbay grounds - No roads to cross. And our own special free bonus - complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach! (includes two beach chairs and 1 umbrella) Our townhome is located in the heart of Destin near all the after beach attractions you could want. Dozens of restaurants are nearby to satisfy all discerning appetites. Attractions just minutes away include, Harbor Walk, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons, Regatta Bay Golf Club, and Baytowne Wharf. It's all here waiting for you to enjoy. Beautiful place, perfect for our family of 5. The home is exactly as described. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella service were great. It is a decent walk to the beach but we didn’t mind. Location is close to so much. No issues with getting into the unit upon arrival. No issues during our entire stay. We would definitely recommend!
