New, Open Floorplan, relaxing and time to refresh, just .5 miles away from boat ramp 6 to make this a great vacation getaway. Large front covered porch where you can feed the deer from and enjoy the afternoon shade great for entertaining and relaxing with while cooking dinner on our BBQ Grill. Back yard has a firepit with swing, great to enjoy smores with the kids or a nice glass of wine.
Fully stocked large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Keurig for morning coffee's on your front porch while you watch the sun rise. This retreat has brand new furniture, and washer and dryer.
Close to dining, shopping and more. Location is close to Whitewater Amphitheater, 20 minutes to San Antonio, 40 minutes to the Hill Country Wineries, and 25 mins to New Braunfels and Gruene.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a great place for family and friends only 2 steps to enter into the home from the front porch. This is our vacation home also, our fur babies love it out here, the front porch is gated along with the back yard, making this a great spot for them to enjoy along with you.
Ceiling fans in every room, along with a electric fireplace in the family room to relax and enjoy your evenings. This is a new VRBO, we are excited to share it with others. We use VRBO a lot also, so hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
