This is a spacious completely updated ground floor 2/2. Unit B is part of a 2 unit duplex with a private porch and grilling area. Guests have access to a brand new, large heated pool and Jacuzzi shared with only 3 other units. This adorable home is super close to the beach (2 blocks) the trolley and wonderful things AMI has to offer!! Everything is brand new including the appliances and furniture. The home is Super walkable to several restaurants and shops. There are two trolley stops at the front of the property which will take you anywhere you need to go on the island!

Island fun in the sun!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and loved every minute! The rental was clean, comfortable and true to description on Vrbo. Easy check in and out. Easy walk to the beach. We had our bikes and once we checked into the house we used our bikes to get around the island. Plenty of options for restaurants. Loved the Ugly Grouper. Always a long wait but we were able to get seats at the bar. We will definitely be back.

Winter Getaway

Unit B is located at the front of the Sunrise Bay complex and borders on Gulf Drive. We had a very enjoyable 3 week stay. Things that stood out include: - 2 block walk to a beach entrance - heated pool and lounging area - very tastefully decorated living space - well stocked kitchen with newer appliances - Christy (owner/manager) was quick and helpful in responding to questions.

Lovely little house

This house surpassed our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Beds snd linens were great. All of the kitchen appliances and dish ware was excellent. The manager was so very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend

Location is perfect! Quick & easy walk to beach. Property is clean, tidy and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing beach week. Host is very responsive. Will stay again.

Beautiful property- excellent location- fully equipped!

We loved our stay!!! Third time for us on AMI and the property and it’s location - just 5 minutes walk to the beach- didn’t disappoint! The house is beautifully decorated/furnished and is fully equipped with all necessities a family might need for a beach vacation. Thank you!!!
