Great Location

Perfect little spot for mine and my partner's weekend get away! Short walk to Ingles for a couple of groceries for dinner. Good sized kitchen and living room. Wish we had time to stay longer! The only thing that I didn't enjoy about my stay was my own mistake. Which was that I neglected to use the provided non-slip shower mat that was rolled up neatly beside the shower, so I slipped and fell out of the bath. Very slick tub! (My boyfriend thought it was hilarious) Otherwise, checked all the boxes we needed it to. Definitely recommend!

Walking distance to West Asheville spots!

The place was huge, and everything was as listed. Great that it’s walking distance to bars and restaurants (10-15 min walk). Clean, convenient, and reasonable priced. Highly recommended!

Not Worth the $$

This property was fine. The location is fine. The property was clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. That's where the positive comments end. While the price of the apartment was fine, when you add the host fees, the VRBO fees, etc, the actual total nightly price was precisely double the advertised price of the lodging. We could have stayed in a pretty darn nice hotel for that, and we would have had coffee in the room (didn't have it here), body wash/shampoo in the shower (didn't have it here), the bottom sheet wouldn't have a hole in it (this one did), none of the towels would have had holes (one of them here did), etc. In summary, and it's not the fault of the location or the host, but VRBO has priced itself out of the market, at least for me. It's just not worth the extra fees. Buyer beware, the price on the website doesn't come close to describing the total cost.

Hello! I am new to hosting my listing on VRBO but have been active on another site for the past two years or so. My family and I live and work just a stones throw away from the property so we are readily available almost anytime. My partner is an Asheville native and I've been in the area the last seven years or so. We have three boys, ages 11, 9 & 4. I love to travel, hike, and hang out with my awesome friends and family!

Why they chose this property

This awesome house is divided into 3 separate apartments. Each has its own entrance, full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The backyard is incredibly spacious and we are in the process of continuing to fence it entirely in as well as continuing to update the area with more yard games and seating for the fire pit.

What makes this property unique

We are about 10 minutes from "downtown" but right in the heart of West Asheville on the main road, which is the place to be! Please remember to use the utmost fire safety and remember to respect the house rules of 10pm quiet time.
