A 4% fee will be charged for all cancellations.

We are newly retired and have traveled throughout our lives. What we have discovered is that we physically feel better and can do more in warm weather at a low altitude. We are from Colorado and love the Rocky Mountains. But the cold and the snow and the winter sports take a toll on our bodies.
We found this little gem while vacationing in Destin a year ago. Just an incredible thing that we found it and have utilized it for our own personal use as well as renting it when we are not here.
