Enjoyable stay

Very comfortable house for family and pet dog. We stayed for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping restaurants and beaches. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly ( garage door spring broke and pool heater needed fixing mid stay). House was very clean and well appointed.

Nice snowbird stay

Second year at this home. Management is excellent in responding to issues. Home is comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Home is well stocked. It showed more wear and tear than last year.

Absolutely perfect!!!

This property was perfect for my family of 6, visiting for 1 week. From first contact through checkout, the team at Brampton Park were amazing. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated (I'm picky), clean, easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, et al. The pool was a big hit. For those with little ones, the depth is 3.5 to 6 feet. Quite, friendly neighbors. Overall, a great experience!

You can’t touch the pool after 8pm or the neighbors will complain Can’t hear music after 8pm Can’t cook a bbq after 8pm So pretty much not a good Florida choice

Amazing August!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, and the views from the property were stunning. The house itself is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation and the pool was an absolute hit with our 8 year old boys! Brampton Park were very welcoming and helpful and answered all our questions; their communication was excellent! One thing to note, however, is that the yard, while gorgeous and lush, often had iguana excrement scattered around. Since the area has a lot of iguanas (I believe this is true for all of south Florida), I think it would have been helpful to have someone come by more frequently to clean the yard. It didn’t take away too much from our experience, but regular maintenance would definitely improve the outdoor experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and we’d love to return!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea or 15 minutes to Pompano Beach. Beach chairs and towels were included, very nice! We swam in the heated pool every day. The house is spacious and very clean, perfect for our family of 6. We loved the wall of windows to the pool, made the house feel even bigger and helped us to enjoy that wonderful Florida sunshine. Brampton Park was very easy to contact with any questions.

Missing this house so much !!!!! Ughhh anyways; Beautiful inside and out, amazing outdoor pool with grill, great to just chill in the house with everyone; kids in the pool while preparing for the grill it’s just amazing! The look/style and the layout of the house is absolutely stunning very comfortable in every way possible! Great neighborhood very close to many things! So happy we chose this house for our stay I will absolutely love to stay again at the same house it’s just very homie with a modern twist! Very respectful and sweet property manager made me feel so good and welcomed as soon as I booked it loved everything about! My family and I absolutely recommend it for any one visiting Florida you won’t be disappointed! *
