Pleasant stay in heart of city

We stayed at the Akhtar villa for a few weeks and it was a very pleasant stay. The property was as advertised and pics were accurate. The service by the staff was great and any a few maintenance issues were promptly rectified. The host Mariam was alway a message away on Whatsapp. The property was also close to shopping in Tariq Rd so that was a plus. The neighborhood was also secure with a guard post that was constantly manned 24/7.

A great place to stay during a visit to Karachi

My family stayed at this flat for 9 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was a very central location in the city that made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house has great security with a guard on duty 24/7. The family living in the bottom portion is very nice and hospitable. The flat is very spacious with good furnishings and everything you need to be comfortable. There is a cleaner who comes several days a week to clean the flat. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this property and we look forward to returning.

Cute little villa behind Tariq Road

This villa was perfect for my family in many ways, bathrooms had separate area for shower so whole bathroom wouldn’t get soaked, spacious rooms, great spaces to entertain visitors or just relax. Only issues were location was not accurate, map showed another location. Also, there was no washer and dryer in unit.
