Parking is easy in a private driveway and you'll enjoy all the nature of the North Shore. Property listed is for the entire 1st floor of this home. You will have your own separate front door entrance to the 1st floor rental that includes 3 bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, full sized kitchen with 2 tables for eating and workstation, living area with large TV - 2 couches. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven.
