Welcome to Aska Treehouse! Nestled upon the banks of Noontootla creek lies a unique 4 bedroom log home. Allow nature to be your playground, or relax with the modern comforts of home & the ambient sounds of the birds and creek right outside your back door. This one of a kind cabin will make you feel like you are a world away, although you will be at an 18 minute drive from downtown Blue Ridge. With the Toccoa River and Lake Blue Ridge in very close proximity, there's plenty to do and explore!

Aska TreeHouse is a family-friendly, log-cabin style home that is situated on a forested lot, where you can enjoy a peaceful, cozy retreat year round. Noontootla creek is directly on the property, so if you fish, you will love it here as this is a renown trout fishing spot!

The house sleeps 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a loft with a trundle bed.
-Decks include : an outdoor fireplace & connected TV, a hot tub, comfortable lounge furniture, dining table, bar and a gas grill.
- Main Level: a fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated dining room, a living room w/ a Smart TV and gas log fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom even has its own bonus "bath-room".
- Loft area: a great place to play with the youngest members of your party or the ones that are still kids at heart, as we provide many fun board games & toys. A trundle daybed is available there to sleep 2 people.
-Lower Level: A game room equipped with an air hockey table, a foosball table and a ping pong table, as well as 2 other bedrooms and a full bathroom.
-Outside: an outdoor fire pit, swing lounge chairs, and the Noontootla creek which lies steps away.

Parking on our private driveway is easy and free, and the driveway is flat and accessible year long with a regular vehicle.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Keyless entry with Smart Code lock.
-As a family friendly cabin, we have a pack & play, a high chair and a baby gate that you can use
-We have an Internet connection that is NOT fast, we get Internet through Satellite.
We provide DirectTV on all TVs for your entertainment
-You will likely encounter wildlife near the house due to the location of the cabin, next to a creek, on a wooded lot
-Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are spices & condiments provided. You will be provided with a starter kit for a couple of days: Kitchen Trash bags, rolls of paper towels, packs of dishwasher detergent, rolls of toilet paper & soap
- You will see an arcade game in the Game Room, it is temporarily inoperable.

STRICT HOUSE RULES:
-No pets.
-No smoking/vaping in or on the property.
-Minimum age requirement to rent: 25 yrs
-No large parties.
-Limited only to the registered guests. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
-No recreational use on indoor & on deck gas fire places.
-Check In: 4:00 PM, Check Out: 11:00 AM.

Had an absolute blast at the cabin. Everything was exactly as listed. Host was excellent with and very timely with responses to our inquiries. Had a racoon family stop by to see what we were grilling, which was hilarious. Definitely will be visiting again!

On August 6th, we booked a mountain cabin in North Georgia after extensive research to ensure it was child-friendly, remote, and aligned with our family’s needs.In the days leading up to the trip, I exchanged several friendly messages with the host, all indicating a normal, confirmed stay.Importantly, the host sent the check-in instructions days prior, including directions and the door code, which I reviewed and acknowledged. This reinforced that everything was fully confirmed and ready for our arrival.My wife and I are both Division Directors with demanding roles; taking coordinated time off is rare and challenging. My parents also traveled from out of state specifically for this vacation.We began our 9-hour drive early on November 20th, with three small children, a trunk full of supplies, and a great deal of excitement for a well-deserved family getaway.2. The cabin overall has not been maintained well. The hot tub was not usable because it did not get to a warm enough temperature. The owner did extend our check out time, but the hot tub still did not reach warm enough temperature. The kitchen was not stocked as described and the items that were there were in poor condition. The furniture is old, many dresser drawers broken, lamps not working. We could not get the fireplaces to work. The images are definitely outdated. My kids loved the loft area, but the one play fort that was there was broken. We could not get many of the light switches to work. The kitchen vent hood was broken as well. There were no hair dryers as mentioned in the listing. The owner responded to my communications, but there wasn’t anything that could be done to fix these issues during our stay and refund was not offered. The cabin is also located near a dilapidated building and the neighbor has put up cameras to ensure you do not enter their property which made us uncomfortable. Overall I think there are many other options in the area that are better maintained. I wouldn’t recommend. The home is currently listed for sale and it seems there is not much energy spent towards maintaining as a rental.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! Do not stay here! The photos are outdated and misleading. The deck by the river isn’t even there. The games are broken. Old outdated heaters don’t work. Fire alarms either not working or not there at all. Roaches were crawling across the kitchen counter and scattering out of the bathroom sink. Some dead roaches were already on the floors. There is a hole under the kitchen sink where a rat has clearly been coming in and pooping next to the trash bags. We did not stay here, we packed up our things and left! The owner refused to give us a refund and said the only thing she could do was send her cleaning lady… for roaches and rats! Then she ghosted us completely and quit responding to any messages. I have traveled and used many vacation rentals and this is by far the worst place I have ever rented! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great Family Spot

We loved our stay here! Anne was very responsive and prompt with any questions, the house was clean and comfortable and the location by the river was beautiful and peaceful. It made for a very relaxing, fun time for us all. The hot tub was the kids' favorite.

Great Couples Trip

Wonderful little Cabin tucked into the trees. Outdoor Space was wonderful for our group of 6 to gather and have fun. Cell service and WIFI are definitely spotty but that just made unplugging easier so we could enjoy our time together.

The cabin was nice and plenty of room. The one complaint I had was the access to the creek. (We booked this for the family to trout fish), there was only a small spot to stand without having to actually get in the creek to fish and the fishing wasn't very good at our stay, (of course there is no control over the fish biting lol.)

My family and I needed a place close to our mom. This home fit the bill. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a great time playing the video game and ping pong! The host, Anne, was very easy to work with as well. I definitely recommend choosing this home for a nice mountain getaway!

Best Cabin in the Woods in N. GA to Unplug

We were 4 adult couples, leaving our kids at home, and loved every minute of being there. Beautiful place to unplug (not good Wifi or Cellular,) but just what we all needed. Fun games, Arcade. Beautiful porch. Fly Fishing (caught an enormous 2.5" brook trout.) So much fun, and close to so many activities.

Loved the seclusion and honestly everything about the place. The house is VERY clean and the host was helpful and responds very quickly. Down stairs game room was really cool and there was always plenty to do. Loved the double covered porches and being able to grill and eat outside. AC works extremely well! Hot tub was nice and the creek was fun to play in. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and will be back in the future. We even loved our little raccoon visitor when we were on the porch!

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Master bedroom was huge and the little kids loved sleeping in the loft area. The outdoor space was the real star of the show. We loved spending time in the hot tub while watching tv with a glass of wine to wind down in the evening. The men in our group enjoyed fishing on the creek below the house. Property is close by to hiking trails, tubing, etc. The town of Blue Ridge is just around 20 minutes away. Perfect getaway for our group. We hope to come back soon!

Great experience

Great experience to take the kids and stay. The kids loved the creek in the back, not very good fishing in May but the kids got in even though it was freezing. The house has everything you need. We loved the main porch with the hot tub, TV, and out door couches to hang out and spend time together. The WiFi is not good, but we didn't mind having to put the devices up. There is standard cable that works great.

Birthday getaway

We loved everything about the cabin except the water in the master bathroom doesn't get hot. It's hot for about 2 minutes when you first turn it on then the water turn icy cold for a few minutes before turning hot again. That needs to be fixed.

We set up the loft to be kids' space so they can have fun playing upstairs while you enjoy your time downstairs and still keep an eye on them :)
