The room was disgusting with mold everywhere in the bathrooms and all around the outside wall. There was water dripping down the windows. The beds were very uncomfortable

Room smelled and my sinuses reacted

Couldn’t control runny/clogged nose once in room. No fan in bathroom and later noticed mold and filthy clogged vent in bathroom!Both elevators were out of service morning of departure and had to carry heavy luggage down 5 flights! Asked if there was a pool on property. Was told it was booked for the week. There was no pool!

Red Roof masking as a property

Our stay was terrible. We left a day early and had to forfeit a night's stay, even though we checked out before the 11 am check out time because we (were told we) didn't give 24 hours' notice.It wasn't until after I booked the stay that I learned this was a Red Roof.The hotel reeked. When we were not in sections that smelled stale, the hotel smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. This is a smokeless hotel, supposedly. The entire floor smelled like a smoker's residence, as opposed to as if someone had just smoked in the vicinity.The room was heavily sprayed with air freshener to try to mask the smell (unsuccessfully). After only four hours of trying to sleep in the bed in which the sheets smelled from a smoker handling them, our bedclothes smelled so badly from contact with the sheets, everything had to be washed.The hotel looks like it is in poor shape. If there were amenities, we did not look for them and would not have risked them anyway, because the lobby, elevators, and hallways were ill kempt.I'm pretty sure I booked a room with queen-sized beds. We were given two full sized, which added to the discomfort of the already smelly sheets and unpleasant mattress, which seemed to be little more than rollaway cots.The only nice thing I can say is that the hotel was easily accessible to the highway, and there was a large plaza with good lunch and breakfast food options, plus a grocery store.

Red Roof stay

Room was adequate, water did not drain in tub. Online services on TV not working. Manager was not overly friendly. A Staff moved us to a different room, he was very nice and friendly.
