About this property

Casa Chiara is a newly renovated (2018) cozy cottage (90 sqm) on a 600 sqm plot in a quiet residential area at the end of a street. The property is completely unobstructed from 2 sides, so that you can see the sea from the balcony. This residential area, especially the proximity to the sea (350 m) is ideal for families.

The two-storey house offers a living / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
In the living / dining area there is a sofa bed (140x200), if 6 people move in. For entertainment is a 50 '' - TV with satellite connection (all German channels) and CD / DVD player available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and. V. M.
A washing machine is also available.

The bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lead onto a balcony or a large roof terrace. One bedroom has another TV.
Overall, the house has 5 terraces: small terrace to kitchen, balcony, roof terrace, covered terrace and large garden terrace under pine trees.

The bathrooms are brand new. One bathroom is on the ground floor, a second on the 1st. Floor. They offer a sink, toilet and shower.

The newly designed garden invites you to relax with its large terrace and barbecue. Our guests may have two trekking bikes available. Furthermore, there is a non-visible outdoor shower in the garden - a great feeling under the open sky to take a shower.
The house is equipped with an alarm system for the safety of our holiday guests. The property offers additional space for 2 cars.

Casa Chiara is a good starting point for excursions and day trips, z. In the charming harbor town of Gallipoli (very nice in the evenings), the nearby Trullidörfer, the Castel del Monte (known from the movie: The Name of the Rose), Lecce or the ceramic city Grottaglie.

Casa in posizione tranquilla

La struttura, come spazi, è ancora meglio rispetto a quanto appare dalle foto. Il giardino, il patio e la zona dei tavolini esterni ti fanno davvero sentire in pace. Gli spazi interni sono ottimi per una vacanza in 4, e la casa è servita di ogni confort per una buona permanenza. La zona è tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Per raggiungere il paese, è meglio utilizzare l'auto Unici punti a sfavore: -Nella descrizione era specificato ci fossero delle biciclette, ma da quanto visto non sono disponibili. -le camere da letto non si chiudono correttamente, non ci è stato specificato se ci fossero delle chiavi per poterle chiudere A parte questo, l'esperienza è stata ottima, consigliatissima. Se sarà ancora disponibile, passerei volentieri le vacanze qui anche l'anno prossimo

Séjour très agréable et reposant

La maison est très bien située et elle est très confortable. Le jardin très agréable, ombragé et reposant. L'environnement est calme, près de la mer et près du village. L'accueil et les explications d'installation sont très claires et bienveillantes. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Casa bella ma da migliorare

La casa ha uno spazio esterno molto bello ma decisamente trascurato. La pulizia della parte esterna è probabilmente lasciata agli ospiti ed è quindi scadente. In casa d'altro canto, non ci sono detersivi e ho dovuto persino lavare spazzettone e secchio prima di usarli per i pavimenti. Ci siamo puliti la zona bbq da soli perché il pavimento era nero. Le piante sono del tutto incurate e invadono cortile e scale tra rigogliosità delle stesse ma anche fogliame vario a terra. La doccia esterna è impraticabile perchè bloccata con una rete e riempita di sedie. L’illuminazione fuori non funziona e cenare fuori è impossibile perchè non si vede nulla. Lo spazio esterno a ridosso della cucina la mattina è impraticabile per il caldo per via del fatto che non vi sono tende ma solo un ombrellone da spiaggia. Fare colazione fuori è difficile se non lato soggiorno, non cucina. Il fatto di non avere l’aria condizionata rende le notti infuocate! Un ventilatore su tre non funziona e uno dei due funzionanti, è tutto arrugginito. I bagni sono nuovi ma sono privi di bidet e la rubinetteria è arrugginita. La piccola finestra apribile solo a ribalta, rende le docce una sauna. Le posaterie per il BBQ sono tutte arrugginite. Il forno è inutilizzabile perchè salta il contatore, anche con i boiler spenti. Dovevamo scaldare del pesce ed è stato impossibile. Le due biciclette citate nella descrizione non ci sono. IL lavabo esterno decisamente sporco!! La casa nel complesso ha potenzialità ma è chiaramente trascurata. Anche la biancheria da letto è inadatta all’area geografica in cui è. Ci sono sacchi lenzuolo inutilizzabili con il caldo e i sotto delle lenzuola non sono per nulla di un cotone fresco. I due bellissimi terrazzi sono inaccessibili per via dello sporco e del fatto che senza tende da sole, fa un caldo che rende le stanze bollenti di notte. In ultimo, ancorchè a mio vedere poco importante, la citata televisione da 55' prende solo canali tedeschi. Insomma la casa è in una bella posizione sia per il mare che per la sera ma discutibile per tutto il resto. Se avete bambini piccoli, il mare raggiungibile da casa a piedi è del tutto inadatto e richiede scarpette da scoglio. Peccato non poter postare le foto perchè avrebbero reso quanto sopra detto. Non è voler far polemica gratuita, ma guidare per 1000 km per avere un qualcosa di sostanzialmente diverso da quanto descritto e atteso, lo trovo poco piacevole.

Casa perfetta per un soggiorno con bambini vicino ad un mare pazzesco.

La casa corrisponde fedelmente alla descrizione e alle foto. È ben accessoriata e attrezzata anche la parte esterna che permette di godere di momenti di assoluto relax appena fuori la caotica Campomarino. Lo splendido mare si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Noi abbiamo trascorso delle belle vacanze di famiglia godendo di ampi spazi. Ringrazio i proprietari per l’attenzione e la cura dei dettagli con cui l’hanno arredata, davvero tutto confortevole.
