This house has it all!

Our extended family of 13 loved staying here! It's set up really well for a big group to eat, play, & sleep. The littles spent tons of time in the game room and awesome lazy river at the pool. Adults enjoyed hanging by the fire & hot tub in the evening (we even saw a comet move through the sky one night)! We travelled into Zion National Park multiple times. The Springdale/South entrance is a good 45ish minute drive from the property. We are incredibly thankful for the great family memories we created on this trip!

Spacious and clean and as advertised. Convenient location. Good communication with owner. Fun game room although could use slightly better lighting. Did enjoy the hot tub although the cover bar needs to be fixed- notified owner.

Spring Break

Property was very clean. Grandkids loved the community pool and we all loved the owners private hot tub. Plenty of room for 8 family members too. The game room was a big plus. A great spring break get away.

Best views,

The house was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The outdoor area, which included a hot tub, an outdoor gas fireplace, and a game room, was fabulous. We loved using the pool, pickleball courts, and nearby walking trails. We hope to stay here every time we visit Southern Utah.

Best House for our Wheelchair Need

This house is such a great stay for our family with unique needs. My husband is a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair full time. We often struggle with rental houses because they often aren't very accessible with narrow doors and high beds. This house has been set up very thoughtfully. The master on the main has a wide door with plenty of room and an appropriate height bed for easy transfers. The bathroom entrance is an open pass, and the toilet room has a 30+inch door making it accessible. The shower door is wide, with only a small curb/lip and there is a shower chair in the closet. With no big steps and minimal thresholds from the front door and garage, and onto the beautiful patio, my husband can maintain his independence while we stay with friends and family, a rare find for us! The house is so nice, and the pantry is very well stocked with the basics, even flour, sugar and brown sugar, the best I've ever seen in a vacation rental, making cooking so much easier. We enjoyed the games, books, pickleball paddles, chairs and all the other things the house provided. We will definitely stay here as our first choice in the St. George area!

Best place in St George

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with an amazing outdoor space that offered beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed the game room, hot tub and outside fireplace. The amenities in the development were also fantastic, including a beautiful pool, pickleball courts and walking trails. It was the perfect escape! We are hoping to stay in this house every time we visit Southern Utah.

Amazing

What a great property. We have a very large family ( kids and grandchildren). This house was very comfortable and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. Loved everything about it. My most favorite part was the on sight hot tub. When everyone else went to the pool, I could relax at the house and soak. Love love love. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

The new yearly hang out

This place was wonderful. Close to Sand Hollow, has plenty of room and beds for the family. And had games to play. I have 2 small kids and they had a blast in this house. Definitely booking this house again.

A Beautiful and Awesome stay

Such a pretty house. So much is provided/is there. From games to a game room, 2 Xbox's, a mixer in the kitchen with flour, sugar, baking powder, and a hot tub etc! There was even extra bedding and pillows in the closet. We even went to sand hallow and had access to a pop up canopy and chairs. My family had so much fun and had everything we could have needed and more!

We have stayed here a couple of times, always clean, well stock with basic cooking items. The game room the kids love. I love the out door fire place view and hot tub. Plenty of room and the beds are very comfortable. My brother in law stayed with us this time, he is in a wheel chair. He said it was easy to maneuver around and was set up great for him.

Absolutely perfect!!

This house was absolutely beautiful with anything you may need. Great view and location, top amenities, beautiful decor, everything was just absolutely perfect . And I really love Red Sands service, starting from the transparent price on their site, the cleaning and customer care services, and all their houses are just absolutely perfect they think of everything you may need! Literally everything like instapots, wafer maker, blender, video games, pool table, fire pit and so on! I am definitely a loyal costumer

Fantastic experience

We had 12 guys go down and play golf for four days - this property had plenty of beds, showers, and fridge space for all of us. 100% would re-book.

1281 Paseos

Our crew of 10 were so thrilled with 1281 Paseos. A few highlights: -Home is in new, immaculate condition. Nicer than the photos show. -The cleaners are doing an excellent job turning over the homes. -The game room and jacuzzi were a hit with everyone. -Location is central to Zion, Snow Canyon, and Sand Hollow and close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment you can want. We rented UTVs from Rad Rentals (talk to Chadwick) and rode at Sand Hollow. That was amazing! -The home is well stocked with supplies, cooking supplies, utensils, etc. We had more than what we needed. -The folks at Red Sands were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. -Rate was competitive. We would absolutely rent this place again!

Great place for a large gathering

Home was as shown in photos. The neighborhood is new and under construction. There is no clubhouse, pool or gym. The write up leads you to believe that exists. It will one day, but was not available as of our stay. The home is very clean and has most of what you will need and a few things you don't expect. The beds were comfortable, except the pull out sofa but those are never comfortable. Sofas were fine for sitting through a game or show. Location for our purposes was good. Right off the interstate and fairly close to town. You can see and hear the interstate from the back patio but it isn't overly distracting. Our only complaint is that there is no cable TV. We were there during the bowl games and had to watch on our iPad at first. We started a espn subscription so we could watch on the Roku TVs which were only in the bedrooms. The smart TV in the living room could not take air drop or if it could, it wasn't clear how to do it on that particular system. There were no instructions and the management company didn't have any answers on how to get it to work. Overall a really nice house that is easy to find and a great place for a large gathering. Would recommend.

Total package!

This was the perfect house for a family get together. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults as well. The kitchen is so well equipped that we were able to put together a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for 12. Steaks cooked up on the gas grill were deeeeelicious! The location was beautiful and close to everything. The passes to the rec center were an extra special bonus. We highly recommend this property.
