The expansive 4,500 square foot covered porch and 1,000 square foot blue stone patio offer ample outdoor space for BBQs, cocktail hours, and outdoor dining. Household features: pool, laundry, a gym, a Peloton bike, and teak sauna.

The house is only 90 minutes from Manhattan, 15 minutes from New Paltz, Kingston and Poughkeepsie, and is easily accessible by Amtrak and Metro North. The area offers numerous activities such as hiking; winery, distillery, brewery tastings and tours; apple orchards; historic site tours; and boutique shopping.

This property was the perfect setting for a special milestone birthday celebration with our immediate family of ten. There was plenty of room for everyone - from the generously sized bedrooms to the living/dining areas. The kitchen is top-notch and had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals together. The pool was delightful with abundant space to relax on a chaise or hang out watching the ballgame on the pool house tv. Many thanks to Jillian for all her assistance and prompt response to any questions we had.
