Beautiful decor 2 patios, park at your door, no elevator wait, two heated pools a few steps away, and many more pools and hot tubs including 11800 sq ft lagoon pool, splash pad for little ones where Mom and Dad can relax and watch the kiddos play, golf and tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball , so much more!!! Restaurants, shopping, arcade, bowling, skating just a short walk away. You will find this villa a little quieter and more relaxed, away from the madness of the beach towers. Perfect for families! Little ones as well.

Love the convenience of this property! Very well maintained and the Sherrie was quick to respond and was so helpful when someone left behind clothes to make sure we received them! We will definitely be staying there again!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and our host. The location is great - walkable to centennial park, railroad, and restaurants. Short drive to skyline and tunnel road trailhead. The space is so beautiful and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals, but this one stands out. The beds and linens are so cozy, and there were little personal touches around the house to make our stay extra comfortable. Truly a well hosted experience, not just a place to crash. I highly recommend!

I own and personally manage several short term rentals on the beach. I love being personal with my guests and truly enjoy making their stay in my condo the very best experience possible. Why they chose this property

This condo is all about families. It sleeps 9 and avoids the crowds and noise of large high rises. Two bedrooms with personal baths for each, pullout sofa and futon. I fully stock the kitchen to accommodate those evenings when you want to whip up some home cooked food and hang out on the patio. We provide cruiser bikes for your enjoyment which is a personal favorite of ours. Baby friendly with pack n play, stroller, high chair and plates provided if you choose to leave all that packing behind! 11 pools on property, golf, basketball, pickle ball and tennis (very close to the unit), large lagoon pool on beachside (transportation provided) for your enjoyment or two quiet pools within feet of the patio. I also prove concierge services for an additional fee. Have your condo fully stocked when you arrive.
