Missing information on handling garbage and separating various types of garbage, like glass, plastic and green waste. No separate small garbage cans in the house available. The garage had this. Not directly clear.

Nice rental in traditional German town

The property and area are as described in listing. If you have any mobility issues note that the stairs leading into unit are steep and the stair case to the loft area is pretty treacherous (although kids would love that space and probably be fine with the stairs). Otherwise the property was perfect for us. We took a bike ride, used the pool, very relaxing.We did have a problem with GoogleMaps taking us to the same address in a different town; the host tried to assist us over the phone but the language barrier was an issue. Not the host fault but just beware of Google Maps.

Hallo Rita, schön daß es Euch bei uns gefallen hat. Allerdings muss ich noch eins berichtigen: Keine 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserem Haus entfernt ist ein italienisches Restaurant (Mediterraneo) mit Bestuhlung im Hof und einer tollen Speisekarte. Außerdem etwas 20 Minuten entfernt, direkt am Segelflugplatz auch ein gutes Restaurant mit einer Terrasse im Freien. Vielleicht kommt Ihr ja irgendwann noch einmal, dann könnt Ihr alles ausprobieren. Schöne große und saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool.Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Achtung, wie beschrieben sind keine Parkplätze zugehörig, aber auch das ist durchaus händelbar.Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Geräumige Wohnung nahe Neustadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr geräumigen Wohnung bei Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Nette Vermieter vor Ort, sehr sauber, incl. Habdtücher, Bettwäsche, kompletter Küche - alles da was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Großzügige Wohnung, aber starke Beruchsbelästigung im Bad

Die Wohnung war für uns 5 groß genug. Mit 8 Erwachsenen würde ich dort nicht buchen, weil in den 2. Stock eine Platzspartreppe führt, die sehr eng ist. Außerdem wird es zu 8 Personem eng im Esszimmer. Das stärkste Manko war aber die sehr starke Geruchsbelästigung im Bad

Doel: Duitse wijn en Wurstmarkt

Ruime kamers, compleet ingericht, werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Zelfs een zwembad. Vriendelijke gastheer. Geen eigen parkeerplaatsen en soms was het zoeken naar een plaats in de omgeving. De vloer op de tweede verdieping kraakte, maar verstoorde niet de nachtrust.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, raum und hat alles was man benötigt. Es liegt in eine ruhige Strasse. Es gibt leider wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Für alle Alter ist die Wohnung geeignet. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfreich. Das Pool ist ein sehr großes Pluspunkt.

Es war für unser kleines Familientreffen okay

Es war in Ordnung. Die Aufteilung der Räume war super und der Bereich in dem man draußen sitzen konnte war auch gut. Leider haben die Böden und Betten sehr geknarrt und es war alles sehr hellhörig , weshalb wir alle nicht wirklich gut schlafen konnten. Für unseren Zweck war es aber super und wir haben drei sehr schöne Tage verbracht dort

Geräumige Ferienwohnung

Zu einer Veranstaltung in Speyer haben wir die hiesige preiswerte Unterkunft - zur Freude der Kinder - mit Pool angemietet. Alles notwendige war vorhanden und es war sehr passend für Erwachsene Kinder und Teens. Herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme.
